In the modern economy universities that combine competencies in the areas of research, education and knowledge commercialization can serve as a starting point for assembling long cooperative chains for the competitive technologies implementation and the high-tech enterprises emergence and thereby influence economic growth. How to assess the technology transfer contribution to the economy development and identify indicators that can be benchmarks of its effectiveness? The session participants are representatives of universities, high-tech companies, development institutes and regulatory authorities that will discuss the technology transfer market current state and potential as well as mechanisms can be used to stimulate its growth.
