The pandemic has had a massive impact on all areas of life. Over the past year, most business owners have overhauled and adapted their business to adjust to the new normal. Entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly important for the economy and for the social development of society. Involving the business community in solving socio-economic issues is in line with a policy of sustainable development and can help achieve Russia’s national development goals. How have the key priorities of SMEs and the state changed? How can we achieve national goals and facilitate sustainable business development? Do SMEs need digital transformation?
