UMMC – one of the top Russian producers of major commodities including copper, zinc, coal, gold and silver. The Seaport & Railway projects Department UMMC provides project development, technical and technological port capacity modernization control. It operates the largest specialized coal seaports: JSC Rosterminalugol in the Leningrad region and JSC Vostochny Port in the Primorsky region. Both projects provide coal transshipment of various Russian producers. The overload capacity of Vostochny Port is 58 mln tones and JSC Rosterminalugol - 27 mln tones. The coal overload processes of both terminals are accompanied by the set of the top available latest technologies intended to minimize environmental impact. The terminals are fitted with the best modern equipment both unique and from the leading world known manufacturers.

TGC-1 is the leading producer of electricity and heat in the North-West region of Russia. It operates 52 electric generating stations in four regions of Russia: St. Petersburg, Republic of Karelia, Leningrad Oblast, and Murmansk Oblast. The installed electric capacity of the сompany’s stations amounted to 6,9 GW and heating capacity of 13,57 thous GCal/hr.

Unlike other Russian generating companies, TGC-1 has a unique structure of production assets: hydro generation accounts for 40% of installed capacity, with total capacity of 2,900 MW.

The Company includes 12 cogeneration plants with a total capacity of 4,000 MW. These are strategic sources of heat energy for the population and industry of St. Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, and Murmansk, Kirovsk and Apatity in Murmansk Oblast.

Generated electric energy primarily goes to the domestic wholesale market.

Major shareholder is Gazprom Energoholding LLC (51.79%).

The Russian Drift Series has been the organizer and promoter of multi-stage drift competitions in Russia since 2010. The Russian Drift Series Grand Prix (RDS GP) is one of the three largest world drift competitions and is the most visited motor sport series in Russia.

More than 50 drivers take part in the Championship including world famous pilots and Russian stars.

In recent years, Russian Drift Series Grand Prix has established itself as one of the discipline's premier competitions, hosting events across the country, from Sochi Autodrom to Moscow Raceway and Vladivostok's Primring, and attracting international entries on a regular basis.
