Russian Highways (Avtodor) State Company was established with the purpose to form and develop the national network of highways and motorways, attract private financing to the road industry and form new markets and forms of economic activity in the Russian Federation.
The company implements concession agreements and other PPP projects in the road sector, provides design, construction, repair and operation of highways and motorways, development of roadside infrastructure facilities as well as implements innovative programs in the road industry.
There are over 4,161 km of highways in trust management: M-1 "Belarus", M-3 "Ukraine", M-4 "Don", M-11 "Neva", A-113 Central Ring Road (Moscow region), A-105 access road from Moscow to Domodedovo airport, A-107 Moscow Small Ring Road. Upcoming project: M-12 "East" highway. The length of toll sections is 2,023 km.

The largest implemented projects of the holding are: new construction and reconstruction on the federal highways TSKAD-3, TsKAD-4, M1 «Belarus», M3 «Ukraine», M4 «Don», M5 «Ural», M7 «Volga», M8 «Kholmogory», M11 «Moscow-St. Petersburg». The key current projects are the bypass of Togliatti with a bridge crossing over the Volga, the fourth and the sixth stages of the M12 «Vostok», the third stage of the Kazan - Yekaterinburg road on the section Dyurtyuli – Achit.

Income tax for regional investment projects was reduced to 10%, the entry threshold for offset contracts was lowered to 100 million.
According to key indicators of the development of SMEs, the region is one of the five leading regions of the Russian Federation and ranks 1st among the entities of the Ural Federal District in terms of the number and size of turnover of SMEs, as well as the number of people employed in this area.
For several years in a row, the Sverdlovsk Region has been 2nd in the ranking of the event potential of the regions of the Russian Federation and is among the top 3 regions of the Russian Federation with the largest specialized exhibition venues.

RusChemAlliance LLC is a special purpose company, operator of ethane-containing gas processing and LNG production cluster in the area of Ust-Luga settlement (Kingisepp district, Leningrad region).
The company was established by Gazprom PJSC and RusGasDobycha JSC on a parity basis. Ust-Luga ethane-rich gas processing and LNG production cluster operator status of RusChemAlliance is granted by the Master Agreement on implementation of the joint project signed by the company owners in 2018.
