BECOME A PARTICIPANT

The Creative Business Forum will be held on 17 June 2023 as part of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

Opportunities for Creative Business Forum participants

Participation package includes:

  • attendance at all Forum business programme events on 14 and 17 June 2023 (apart from special invitation-only ones);
  • access to Forum venue networking areas (apart from special invitation-only ones);
  • information support.

Cost of participation

The cost of participating in the Creative Business Forum is 25 000 RUB (including VAT).

Base price per individual participant. Before paying, Forum participants must sign an agreement or create an invoice agreement to confirm that they will be participating and to guarantee their place.

Application

To attend the Forum, please:

  1. Sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the official roscongress.org website.
  2. When completing the application, select the ‘SPIEF’
  3. Next, select the ‘SPIEF sideline events participant (14 June, 17 June)’ package.
  4. Next, select the ‘Creative Business Forum’.

Once you have registered, your login and password for your Roscongress personal account will be emailed to the address you provide.

If you already have a Roscongress personal account, you may apply to participate in the Forum in the ‘Upcoming’ section of your personal account. Your account profile details will be entered in your application automatically.

If you have forgotten your login and password, you can use the login and password recovery function on the Roscongress personal account login page or contact us by email: weboffice@roscongress.org.


Application review process

The status of your application to attend the Forum will appear in the ‘My events’ section of your account. Applications will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.

If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and the status of your application will be updated in your account in real time. The review period varies by participant but takes a minimum of ten days.

Participation in the Forum is subject to invitation by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject applications without providing an explanation.

Confirming your attendance

On receipt of your invitation, please confirm that you will be participating in the Forum in the ‘My events – Event dashboard’ section of your account. If you decide not to attend, please let the organizers know via your personal account.

Participation fee payment

1 Create a payment document

1) Go to the ‘My events’ section of the Roscongress personal account

2) Select SPIEF

3) Go to the ‘Event dashboard’ section

4) Open the ‘Payment’ section

5) Enter the payer’s information (make sure you enter the information of the individual or legal entity making the payment)

How make changes to payer’s information
Changes to payer’s information can only be made by your Roscongress Foundation specialist. The contact information can be found in the Roscongress personal account or by contacting the Forum information centre by phone at +7 (812) 680 0000.

6) Select the payment method:

  • invoice in roubles or bank card for residents of the Russian Federation
  • invoice in roubles/US dollars/euros or bank card for non-residents of the Russian Federation

7) Select the type of payment document: a participation agreement or invoice agreement (a single document incorporating both the agreement and invoice for payment).

To pay by agreement

To pay by agreement, you should:

  • save your participation agreement
  • send a signed copy of the agreement to your Roscongress Foundation specialist
  • save a payment document
  • pay the participation fee
To pay by invoice agreement

To pay by invoice agreement, you should:

  • save your invoice agreement to make the payment
  • pay the participation fee

The participation fee may only be paid by the individual or legal entity indicated as the Customer in the participation agreement (invoice agreement).

2 Pay participation fee

Payment by invoice

To pay by invoice, the payer should contact their bank. Payment may take more than three banking days. When paying by invoice, we also recommend factoring in any commission the bank may charge.


Payment by bank card

To pay by bank card:

  • specify your email address in the ‘Confirm payment details’ window in order to receive your electronic payment receipt
  • confirm the payment details
  • enter your bank card details in the standard online payment form
  • confirm payment

The name on the bank card must match the payer’s name in the agreement. The payment will go through immediately.

Acceptable payment forms include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and MIR payment system cards issued by Russian banks and UnionPay payment system cards issued by foreign banks. Payments are made in Russian roubles.

Before proceeding to payment, please make sure that:

  • there are sufficient funds on the bank card
  • the payer’s bank has not set a one-time transfer amount limit

The payment date will be considered to be the day on which the amount due is credited to the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
