Invitations to SPIEF 2017 extended to Belgian and Luxembourg business and political circles
On 21 March, the annual gala reception for the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Russia took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The reception was dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the first Russian Imperial visit to Brussels and the territory of the future Belgian-Luxembourg Economic Union in 1717.
Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Russian Federation Jean-Arthur Regibeau and Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the Russian Federation Jean-Claude Knebeler attended the gala reception, along with more than 400 representatives from Belgian, Luxembourg, and Russian business circles. The event took place under the auspices of the Honorary President of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Russia, Grand Duke George Romanoff.
During the gala reception, Chairman of the Board of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Russia Arkady Arianoff and General Director Oleg Prozorov invited participants to attend the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, to be held on June 1–3, 2017 in St. Petersburg.
