Russia and India: Dialogue without Borders

The official residences of Russia and India have opened their doors at the 48th World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Russia House and India House will welcome business leaders, prominent politicians and economists, academics and performers. Each residence has prepared a busy business and cultural programme and will set up dedicated spaces for meetings and negotiations.

“Russia and India have long been strategic partners. This partnership forges special opportunities for developing political, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation. In 2017, India took part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum as a guest nation. The relations between our two countries will become even more multi-faceted at the Davos forum this year, not least thanks to cooperation between their official residences. We expect more contracts and agreements to be signed”, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov said.

Federal government ministers, leading Russian and international entrepreneurs and representatives of the media will take part in the Russia House activities. Roscongress Foundation, Russia’s biggest operator of convention and exhibition events, is the organizer of the Russian residence.
