Construction investment holding «Avtoban» is one of the three largest Russian road construction companies and leader in the implementation of PPP projects.

«Avtoban» is a long–term general contractor of the Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor) and the state company «Avtodor». The key activities of the holding are design, engineering, road construction, road maintenance and investments in public–private partnership projects. A graduate of MADI with a degree in «Automobile highways». In 1999 graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in «Management in Market Economy». Since the 1980s, worked on the new construction and reconstruction of highways and roads in different regions of Russia, worked his way up from the position of master to the general director of JSC «Khanty-Mansiysk Dorstroy». In 1999 headed JSC «DSK «Avtoban», now is heading the holding «Avtoban» with a gross volume of contracts of 350 billion rubles and a market share of 10%. Deputy of the Duma of the KHMAO – Yugra of the seven convocation.

Since 2008, Alexey Andreev has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the charity fund for children with CNS diseases «Blago daryu», and since 2012 has been the founder of the charity fund of local communities «We are together».

The owner of public and government awards, including the honorary title «Honored Builder of the Russian Federation», the Medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, I degree, the Order of Honor for Merits in the field of transport and many years of conscientious work.

The Development Foundation of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra is a regional specialized organization for attracting investment and investor relations, a “one-stop shop” for businesses on issues of entrepreneurship. The Foundation performs the functions of the state fund for industrial development of Ugra.
