ENCO’s project Aivazovsky City won first place in the federal TOP Residential Complexes 2025 competition by ERZ in the category “Best High-Rise Residential Complex in Russia.” It also received international recognition, winning the Real Estate Property Awards in the “Neighborhood Center” category.
