Graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) with a degree in administrative law, financial law, information law, the All-Union Academy of Foreign Trade in the International Economics direction, the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering (Faculty of Machinery and Apparatus for Chemical Production). He accomplished courses on the basics of oil and gas technologies at the Oil and Gas Business Institute, on material management at SAP Company, an English courses at the University of Westminster, a management courses at ABB company. He holds a PhD in Law.

● Since 2020 he has been holding the position of Advisor to the Director General of JSC Atomredmetzoloto, he is a member of the Academy of Mining Sciences, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Producers and Consumers of Rare and Rare Earth Metals
● 2019 – 2020 – Head of the Directorate for the implementation of the investment project “Development of the Dalnee field” at Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant JSC (Republic of Uzbekistan)
