The agenda of the digital economy and challenges of new reality set new rules of the game in the society, thus, changing the principles of doing business. The models and strategies of how to manage a company are updating rapidly. Thus, a company needs to be mobile, adaptive, fast, and multi- service to maintain its status in the market. Now we can see the most rapid transition to the use of digital solutions: according to the Worldwide Digital Transformation Guide, global spending on
digital business transformation in 2020 amounted to $1.3 trillion. However, despite the active discussions of digital projects, the volume of investments is quite low. The owners of businesses need realizing that the process of transition to digital reality is difficult and complex: it requires time, significant resources, fundamental reforming of the company&culture and the development of human capital. Seen in that light, innovative technologies will become a competitive advantage of any sphere
of business, allowing optimizing the processes in any company, discover hidden qualities of employees, influence their motivation, promote enhanced productivity and increase efficiency. In the speed-dominant era, the complex cooperation of technologies and a human being is the driver for the
development and effective operation of the company.
