The Labour Market: A Response to the New Challenges
Pavilion G, conference hall G3

In today's Russia, the presence of active and responsible entrepreneurs is more crucial than ever. To cultivate such a dynamic entrepreneurial community, a new approach to education is needed, giving rise to a unique institution known as the University of Entrepreneurs. Teaching entrepreneurial skills, along with acquiring knowledge in natural sciences and socio-humanities, will be able to create a fundamentally new profile of a graduate equipped with sought-after competencies for the current job market. An exceptional aspect of this initiative is the active involvement of entrepreneurs themselves, who play a pivotal role in the university's management and collaborate closely with the government, while also reaping the benefits of the institution's educational outcomes. How can we foster an entrepreneurial mindset and worldview among aspiring entrepreneurs? How can we cultivate a vibrant community of innovators who possess fluency in the languages of science and business and are dedicated to serving the interests of the state? In what ways can we facilitate commercial contracts for scientific research? How can we successfully implement a network-based university model that enables the widespread adoption of entrepreneurship training programmes in renowned traditional universities?
