Oleg Goshchansky

Chairman, Managing Partner, KPMG in the CIS

Oleg joined KPMG in Moscow in 1997 and was appointed Audit Partner in 2002. Earlier he worked in Germany, taking part in the audits of German companies. Since 1 October 2012 Oleg acts as Chairman and Managing Partner of KPMG in Russia and the CIS, as well as a member of KPMG's Global Board and Global Council and the Board of KPMG in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to this appointment, Oleg was CIS Head of Audit. Under Oleg, KPMG's Audit practice became the biggest in the Russian market. Oleg has extensive experience with companies in the oil and gas, metals and mining, transport, machine-building, chemical, telecommunications, automotive, construction and energy sectors. He has actively assisted in a number of IPOs by large Russian groups on international and Russian stock exchanges, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. Oleg is a prominent speaker on Russia at various forums, including St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, RSPP’s Russian Business Week, INNOPROM, Sochi Investment Forum, Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum and other.

Andrey Bugrov

Andrei Bougrov is a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel and Member of its Management Board. He also served as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel and was Senior Managing Director of Interros Holding Company. Prior to that in 1993-2002 Mr. Bougrov was Russia’s Principal Resident Representative and Executive Director at the World Bank. Before joining the World Bank Mr. Bougrov was a senior staff member of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London.
He received a BA and a Master’s Degree with first class honors from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations, completed post-graduate studies and received a Ph.D. in economics.

Sergei Ivanov

Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation on Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport

Born on 31 January in Leningrad. Graduated from the Translation Department of the Faculty of Philology of Leningrad State University and then completed higher courses of the USSR KGB in Minsk.
1981-1998 – Worked his way up from an operations officer of the First Main Directorate of the USSR KGB to First Deputy Head of a directorate of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation. Had three extended overseas assignments in Nordic countries and Africa. Following the reorganisation of the KGB, he continued work in the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation and then in the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation.
August 1998 – Deputy Director of the FSB and Director of the FSB Department for Analysis, Forecasting and Strategic Planning.
15 November 1999 – Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Colonel General in reserve.
28 March 2001 – Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
14 November 2005 – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
16 February 2007 – Appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

In 1981 graduated from the Economic Department of the Moscow Lomonosov State University, specialty — economist, lecturer of political economics, candidate of economic science.

Professional Background:
In 1981–1991 worked at the Political Economics Department of the Moscow Lomonosov State University.
In 1991–1998 worked at the Institute of National Economic Forecasting, the Russian Academy of Sciences (lead researcher, head of laboratory).
In 1998–1999 — Director of the Research Department of the Russian Central Bank.
In 1999–2004 — Executive Director of the Economic Research Foundation Development Center.
In 2004–2008 — Head of the Macro Economic Forecasting Department of the Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry.
From February of 2008 to July of 2014 — Russian Economic Development Deputy Minister.
From July 2014 — Vnesheconombank Deputy Chairman (Chief Economist).

In 2007 was awarded a title of Honored Economist for improving the Russian financial system, forming and developing its institutions.
In 2011 was awarded the Order of Merit for his many years of exceptional work and active publicactivities.

Evgeniy Nikitin

Evgenii Nikitin has been RUSAL’s CEO since 2018. Before that he was the Head of Aluminium Division (since January 2014), and preceding to this – the Managing Director of Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter (KrAZ), one of the world’s largest aluminium production facilities, a position to which he was appointed in January 2010.
From 2008 to 2010, Mr.Nikitin was the Managing Director of the Sayanogorsk Aluminium Smelter (SAZ) after beginning his career with RUSAL as a pot operator back in 1993. Evgeny Nikitin was born on 11 March 1966. He graduated from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation (MSTUCA) in 1989 and from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Business management – production systems in 2009.
