International cooperation has become increasingly difficult today. Outdated structural and market problems and imbalances have been exacerbated, which has led to rapid changes in the international political and economic system. The key tasks for national and international development that need to be solved to meet the most important challenges include effectively developing human capital, creating new productive jobs that take into account new forms of employment, closing the gaps in supply chains, countering unilateral sanctions, closing infrastructure gaps, and ensuring sustainable mutually beneficial development in this new environment. In this regard, it is becoming increasingly important to have an inclusive and comprehensive dialogue among the world’s top multilateral institutions, such as the G20 and groups that work under its auspices, with the key one being the Business 20 (B20), which prepares recommendations for G20 leaders. Constructive cooperation within these platforms significantly contributes to the creation of sustainable rules of the game in the global economy that reflect the positions of all stakeholders. What effective steps should be taken to overcome the existing challenges and contradictions in the global economy? On what basis should states and business cooperate to overcome existing gaps and ensure sustainable development? What kind of goals and objectives should be set to improve the efficiency of the system of international multilateral cooperation?

Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951.
Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1974.
Doctor of Economics, Professor.
Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, Mr. Shokhin held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development.
From 1994 to 2002 – Deputy of the State Duma, with the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets.
Since 1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics.
From 2002 to 2006 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital".
From 2005 to 2009 – member of the RF Public Chamber.
Since 2005 – President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mr. Shokhin is a member of several deliberative bodies under the Russian President and Government. He is also an independent director on the Boards of several companies, including ALROSA, Russian Railways, TMK and others.

Andrei Bougrov is a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel and Member of its Management Board. He also served as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel and was Senior Managing Director of Interros Holding Company. Prior to that in 1993-2002 Mr. Bougrov was Russia’s Principal Resident Representative and Executive Director at the World Bank. Before joining the World Bank Mr. Bougrov was a senior staff member of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London.
He received a BA and a Master’s Degree with first class honors from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations, completed post-graduate studies and received a Ph.D. in economics.

Svetlana Lukash

Deputy Head, Expert Department of the President of the Russian Federation; Russian G20 Sherpa

Russian G20 Sherpa and Deputy Chief of Presidential Experts' Directorate. Svetlana Lukash was born on 20 March 1977. Graduating in 1999 from the Russian State University for Humanities she continued post-graduate studies in the Institute for Social and Political Research, Russian Academy of Sciences. She started her career in the Federal Energy Commission of Russia; then worked for Russian consulting companies, media holding 'Expert' and the Expert Council on Russia's G8 Presidency in 2006, until in 2007 she joined Presidential Executive Office to cover broad set of issues of global agenda, including G8 and G20, as well as national climate and environment policy. Six years as head of the Russian G8 sherpa office and G20 sous-sherpa turned to be indispensable benefit for developing and running the program of the Russian G20 Presidency in 2013, which she had finished in a Sherpa's position. By now Ms Lukash had managed substantive preparation of 11 G20 summits, having witnessed evolution of G20 since its inception at the leaders’ level.

Date of birth: December 17, 1976. In 1999, he graduated with honor from Saint-Petersburg State University, Law Faculty, with a specialization in "Jurisprudence". In 2003, he underwent professional training in the International Institute of Banking with a specialization in "Finance and Credit". Candidate of Juridical Science. He has written more than 10 academic and research articles and publications. In 2013, he published a monograph in bank crediting problems. From 1999 until 2001, he had been working in prosecution authorities as a Deputy Prosecutor in Vyborg District of Saint-Petersburg, later – a Prosecutor of – Department of Lawfulness Observance Supervision at Hearing of Civil Cases by Courts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Leningrad region. From 2001 to 2005, he had been working in commercial organizations. At the Federal Agency for State Property Management, he has been holding a position of the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management from March 2005 until August 2009. In August 2009, he was appointed to a position of the Head of Scientific Organizations Property Management. From December 2010 until March 2014 – a Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. Since March 28, 2014 – Director of Federal and Regional Programs of PJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel". Pursuant to the order of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 20, 2016 No. 732-р, Dmitry Vladimirovich Pristanskov was appointed to a position
of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation – Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was decorated with a second-class Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.
