As part of the strategic co-operation between the Roscongress Foundation Social Platform – the Innosocium Foundation and the Presidential Grants Fund, a programme has been developed for creating an ecosystem for inter-sectoral collaboration and co-operation between representatives of the state, businesses and NPOs, as well as increasing the competences of the authors of social projects. In recent years, over 200 representatives of NPOs have taken part in the given programme at Roscongress Foundation sites. The discussants will be leaders of presidential grant competition winning projects among the TOP-100 best projects by assessment of the results of their implementation, and Forum guests. The leaders of presidential grant winning projects will talk about how the development dynamics of their projects changed after they participated in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Eastern Economic Forum.
