In 2003, he underwent professional training in the International Institute of Banking with a specialization in "Finance and Credit". Candidate of Juridical Science. He has written more than 10 academic and research articles and publications. In 2013, he published a monograph in bank crediting problems. From 1999 until 2001, he had been working in prosecution authorities as a Deputy Prosecutor in Vyborg District of Saint-Petersburg, later – a Prosecutor of – Department of Lawfulness Observance Supervision at Hearing of Civil Cases by Courts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Leningrad region. From 2001 to 2005, he had been working in commercial organizations. At the Federal Agency for State Property Management, he has been holding a position of the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management from March 2005 until August 2009. In August 2009, he was appointed to a position of the Head of Scientific Organizations Property Management. From December 2010 until March 2014 – a Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. Since March 28, 2014 – Director of Federal and Regional Programs of PJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel". Pursuant to the order of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 20, 2016 No. 732-р, Dmitry Vladimirovich Pristanskov was appointed to a position
of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation – Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management. According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was decorated with a second-class Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.

- In 1988, Sammy (Manoj) Kotwani started working in the family business, in 1990, he came to Moscow and engaged in entrepreneurial activity. In 1994 - he opened the company «The Imperial Tailoring» (The Imperial Tailoring Co). Currently, the company's customers include the Presidents of independent states; diplomats; prominent Russian and foreign public and political figures; representatives of the "business community"; culture and art; pop and show business stars.

- In 2008, Sammy (Manoj) Kotwani was elected the President of The Indian Business Alliance (IBA) (Indian Business Alliance). German Maslov has served as FESCO Vice-president for Liner and Logistics Division since September 2020.
Mr. Maslov has been working in FESCO Group for more than 20 years; he has worked his way up from being an assistant captain on the company’s ships and a head of department to a head of logistics clusters in FESCO representative companies in Australia and Hong-Kong. From 2015 to 2018 he was serving as the Chief Operating Officer of FIT, then he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of “FESCO Integrated Transport” LLC.
Mr. Maslov graduated from Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University with a degree in Engineering and Ship navigation, he also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Higher School of Economics National Research University.
