Discussion with the support of Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University

Universities are interested in training graduates who are in high demand so that they can find a job as quickly as possible, preferably in their area of expertise, and rapidly climb the career ladder. Numerous higher education rankings assess the success of university graduates. Companies are also interested in trained specialists who quickly adapt to their new jobs. How can we unite the goals of universities and companies? How can the time-to-operate for graduates be reduced? What effective formats are universities and companies employing right now that you can deploy tomorrow?
