Is this due to inadequate training at universities or the rapidly changing world? How can you build your educational trajectory to optimize your investment in learning? What knowledge is in demand among young urban professionals? What do young leaders expect from their future employees? Responsible for strategy and innovation promotion and development projects at Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg University – a leading Russian business school with global recognition. Leads projects on strategy development and business process transformation, new educational courses launch and corporate partnerships for innovations. During his working at GSOM, Alexander has launched initiatives on redesigning environment at campus, mindfulness and coaching courses, digitalization program. He also contributed to GSOM Transformation office creation as a mechanism for agile strategy development and running experiments in management, education and research.
Alexander has working experience in startup industry, large Russian headhunting company and NGOs. Graduated from MGIMO and GSOM SPbU.

Alexander Vladimirovich Larianovsky, Managing Partner, Director of Business Development at Skyeng School.
He was born in Turkmenistan in 1971. He graduated from Novosibirsk College of Arts as a TV director, but as early as 1994 he got involved in the Internet and managed several Internet projects. Since 2003, he worked for Novotelecom (Novosibirsk) as a marketing director.

From 2008 to 2014 he managed Yandex's international development. In particular, he supervised Yandex's entry into the markets of Kazakhstan, Belarus and Turkey.
