Cultural collaborations as a new driver for business
Culture integrated in development management and collaborations with existing cultural centers – museums, theaters, cultural venues – create new business opportunities. Recruitment of new employees and cultural development of the territories of presence create new potential for companies, territories and people. Creating a cultural brand is the next step for the development of an HR brand, since it includes not only existing and potential employees, but also the social sphere in general. Corporate culture management cannot exist without the development of common culture. The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030" contains a list of goals, in particular: the preservation of the population, the health and well-being of people, developing talents and the creation of opportunities for self-realization, the development of a comfortable and safe environment for life, as well as ensuring decent and effective work and successful entrepreneurship, which is impossible without the creation of cultural dominance, as well as patriotic education, set in the "Strategy for the development of education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025". Cultural integration with higher education institutions and knowledge centers, including corporate universities, is seen as a potential for increasing Russian competitiveness.
Culture is a connecting element, the integration of which into corporate discourse contributes to the achievement of business results.
