ABOUT THE FORUM
The Creative Business Forum will take place on the opening day of SPIEF (2 June). The SPIEF participants will continue discussions at a thematic area – Innosocium LAB over the following three days (3–5 June).
The Creative Business Forum is a separate event that will be held as part of SPIEF 2021. It will bring together creative visionaries, business figures, and government representatives, who will discuss key issues facing the creative sector.
Topics for discussion will include fostering the development of the sector to help drive national and regional economic growth, education, human capital and fostering young talent, the impact of digitalization on the cultural sector, the role of women in the creative economy, and protecting intellectual property.
Correspondingly, the development of the creative industries will be viewed as integral to the social agenda, and key to people’s identity and quality of life.
Creative Business Forum is organized by Innosocium Foundation, Social platform of Roscongress Foundation (innosocium.org).

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Opportunities for the Creative Business Forum participants
The Creative Business Forum participation package includes:
- attendance at all events on the Creative Business Forum on 2 June 2021 (except special invitation-only events);
- access to SPIEF partner networking areas at the ExpoForum Convention and
- Centre on 2 and 5 June 2021; access to exhibition at the SPIEF venue on 2 and 5 June 2021.
Cost of participation
The cost of participation for the Creative Business Forum is RUB 25,000 (including VAT).
To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign an agreement or create an invoice/agreement contract, which acts as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. More details will be made available in the ‘Payment’ section, which will be added to the personal web office in due course.
Apply to participate
In order to participate in the Forum, please fill out an application for participation by 24 May 2021. Applications are reviewed on an individual basis, so please allow at least 10 days for consideration of your application.
Applications will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will be sent an official invitation, together with a letter detailing how to access your personal web office.
Once you have received your invitation, please confirm your participation (or inform the organizers that you will no longer be able to participate) via the personal web office.
Access to the Forum for SPIEF 2021 participants
SPIEF 2021 participants may attend Creative Business Forum events free of charge upon presentation of a participant badge, and are not required to register separately for the Creative Business Forum.
