Gleb Arhangelsky was born in Saint-Petersburg in 1979. Нe graduated from Saint Petersburg State University in 2001 with an Honours degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2005 he received a degree as a candidate of Economic Sciences. He is well known as a leading Russian time-management expert. He is the bestselling author of 10 books about time-management. He founded the consulting company Time Management Plc in 2004 and won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award (2009) for his business achievements. Gleb Arhangelsky runs a project team for Procedure Optimisation in Business Registration at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. He is a member of the Expert Council of the Russian Government. He became a member of the All-Russian Non-governmental Organisation of Small and Medium Business “OPORA RUSSIA” Presidium in 2014.
