Roscongress Rosich Cup Football Tournament for teams of the Government and ministries of the Russian Federation
The Roscongress Rosich Cup football tournament opens the sporting programme of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Teams from Rosich, Roscongress, the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Skolkovo Foundation and the Russian Chess Federation will go onto the field of Krasnaya Presnya, one of the oldest stadiums in Moscow.
The Tournament has been held since 2011. It is organized by Rosich Sports Club under the Government of the Russian Federation. The leader by number of wins is the team from the Ministry of Energy headed by Minister Alexander Novak. Minister Mikhail Kotyukov captains the team from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and the Chair of the Skolkovo Foundation, Arkady Dvorkovich will lead the Skolkovo Foundation's team – the debutante team of the Tournament – onto the field.

Heart to Heart charity football match and gala concert
Izhorets Sports Complex, Kolpinsky District (27, Tverskaya Ulitsa, Kolpino)
Kolpino, designated a City of Military Glory for its role in the Second World War, will play host to an amateur football match held as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum’s sporting programme. Among those stepping out onto the pitch will be some of Russia’s best variety performers, figures representing the Russian footballing community, politicians, and members of Russia’s security services. There will also be a number of entertainment areas, and guests will be able to enjoy a tasting event featuring various national dishes, and performances by popular Russian variety stars.
The Heart to Heart charity football match and concert manages to bring in millions in donations each year, which go towards medical care for those in need. This year’s event will be in aid of children living in St. Petersburg (including Kolpino).
The event is open to all Forum participants, and can also be accessed by invitation.

ROSCONGRESS SPIEF RACE 2019
St. Isaac’s Square, St. Petersburg
This morning race will be a unique opportunity to see the iconic sights of St. Petersburg in an exclusive setting.
The first SPIEF RACE was held in 2016. About 300 people took part, including Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Herman Gref, CEO of Sberbank, Maria Zakharova, Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Tina Kandelaki, TV presenter.
The 5 km route will start at St. Isaac’s Square and pass through the historical centre of St. Petersburg. Forum participants, accredited journalists and members of the World Class club are invited to the starting line.
A starting point will be organized for race participants, where registration will begin at 05:50, and then, at 07:00, the race will start. At the end of the competition there will be an awards ceremony for the winners, who will receive special prizes from the event organizers.

ROSCONGRESS CUP. Chess tournament
Passage, between halls F and G
The World Chess Federation (FIDE) will hold a chess tournament, in which world chess champion Vladimir Kramnik and prominent Russian politicians will take part, at the joint space managed by VEB.RF and the Russia Extends development institutes (Passage, between halls F and G).
During the tournament, Forum participants will have the unique opportunity to try their hand by playing chess with a world champion.
Begins at 13.00. Free admission.

Roscongress Kalashnikov Cup. Sporting and practical shooting tournament
Nevsky Sports and Shooting Club, 88, Pionerskaya Ulitsa, Poselok Pesochny, St. Petersburg
This tournament is a unique opportunity to learn about the Kalashnikov Group’s line of weapons and spend some quality time outdoors.
This recreational shooting programme will afford guests an opportunity to fire pistols, submachine guns, machine guns, and automatic and sniper rifles.
Kalashnikov Group experts, joined by Russian Merited Master of Sport, International Class, two-time World Champion, and repeat Russian Champion in Practical Shooting Vsevolod Ilyin, will lead the tournament programme.
Kalashnikov experts will introduce the rules of firearms handling and invite you to participate in a mini accuracy and speed-shooting tournament.
A gala dinner and awards ceremony will conclude the tournament.
Please note that Kalashnikov Group asks you to handle weapons responsibly. Kindly refrain from consuming alcohol until the end of the shooting programme.

ROSCONGRESS CUP. Gala hockey match
The Tavrichesky Garden multifunctional entertainment complex (4A, Potemkinskaya Ulitsa)
Gala hockey matches have become a sports traditions of economic forums. Representatives of the political and business elite will take the ice in St. Petersburg. All participants in the match will receive commemorative medals, but the main reward for them will be vivid emotions and an energy boost for the Forum’s business programme.

Russia–Bulgaria. Match of the 31st International Youth Football Tournament in memory of FIFA First Vice President Valentin Granatkin among junior teams (players born in 2001)
Petrovsky Stadium, St. Petersburg
The International Youth Football Tournament among junior teams in memory of FIFA First Vice President Valentin Granatkin was first held in 1981 in Moscow, but moved to St. Petersburg (Leningrad) in 1983 and has become firmly entrenched there. This year, twelve junior national teams with players born in 2001 will compete in the traditional junior competitions, including the Russian junior national team, which is currently preparing for the first qualifying round of the 2020 U-19 European Championship (13–19 November, Wales). The team, which is led by Alexander Kerzhakov, the top scorer in the history of FC Zenit St. Petersburg and the Russian national team, will play with Bulgaria in the second round of the Granatkin Memorial group stage on 6 June. The Russian team will also play India and Moldova in its quest to punch a ticket to the playoffs.
The game against the Bulgarians will take place at the legendary Petrovsky Stadium, which opened way back in 1925. Current Russian champion FC Zenit previously played its home games at this stadium, which is located on Petrovsky Island. The Russian national team has also played numerous matches at Petrovsky.

Roscongress Cup ‘Chess Express’
Sapsan 764АА, Moscow – St. Petersburg
For the first time in the history of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an event will be held on the way from one capital to another: a chess blitz tournament will take place on the Sapsan high-speed train at speeds of up to 200 km/h.

Four top grandmasters from Moscow and St. Petersburg will take part in the tournament. European men’s champion Maxim Matlakov and Russian Cup winner Kirill Alekseenko will defend the honour of the city on the Neva, while the capital will be represented by World Chess Olympiad winner Vadim Zvjaginsev and Russian national team world champion Vladimir Malakhov.

The event is open to the public. After the tournament, the grandmasters will answer questions and play chess with anyone who wants to.

ROSCONGRESS SPIEF DRIVE. Speed Festival
The SPIEF Speed Festival will feature a parade of racing vehicles that will pass by the sights of St. Petersburg. Russia’s best riders will take part in a demonstration parade on some of the latest vehicles: the KAMAZ-Master Team, which has won multiple Dakar rallies, the first Russian BR-01 sport prototype, Formula 3 race cars, buggies, RDS GP drifters, rally and ring vehicles, and participants in the Beijing – St. Petersburg race.
Stops planned in the city during the rally include: Gazprom Arena (21:00), St. Isaac’s Cathedral (00:50), Palace Square (01:30), Field of Mars (01:55), and Senate Square (02:45).
During the stops, motorsport fans can take pictures and interact with the participants. Some of the most interesting racing equipment exponents will be exhibited at the ExpoForum on 8 June.
The festival is being organized by the Manuscript Agency with the support of the Roscongress Foundation and the Federation of Motor Sports of the Leningrad Region.

Euro 2020

The Euro 2020 Football Park is a unique, thematic, interactive entertainment platform dedicated to the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, which will be held in St. Petersburg next summer.
The Park will be located on Zayachy Island, next to one of the main attractions of St. Petersburg, the Peter and Paul Fortress, offering an unforgettable view of the Hermitage and Palace Bridge.

The Park programme is designed for fans of all ages. Entrance and entertainment in the Park are free, and visitors will enjoy an exciting and varied entertainment programme: meetings with football stars, interesting competitions, football-themed attractions and multimedia quizzes with the opportunity to win prizes. Guests will also be able to meet and take pictures with Skillzy, the official mascot of Euro 2020.

ROSCONGRESS CUP. SPIEF 2019 International Golf Cup

The SPIEF International Golf Cup has become a Forum tradition. The Roscongress Foundation, the Russian Golf Association and the Golf Estate Company, are the event organizers. The Peterhof Golf Club is hosting the event located in a 25-minute drive from Pulkovo International Airport and just a few minutes away from the famous Peterhof Fountain Ensemble, Konstantinovsky Palace and Alexandria Park. Starchitects Greg Norman and Steve Forrest worked on the strategic and panoramic components of the 18-hole golf course, the guarantor of exciting golf for players of all levels.

The head coach of the Russian men’s national golf team Igor Ivashin and the leaders of the junior national team Natalya Guseva and Artemiy Yalovenko will hold golf master classes for participants and guests of the tournament. Besides, the entertainment programme of the competition includes cooking classes, tastings, music performances and lottery from the partners.

ROSCONGRESS SPIEF DRIVE. Start ceremony for the Ladoga Trophy rally raid
St. Isaac’s Square, St. Petersburg
THE LADOGA TROPHY is a major international off-road festival. This year marks the 23rd edition of the race, which runs through Karelia and Leningrad Region. More than 400 competitors from 12 countries will be lining up at the start.
The ceremony, which will take place at St. Isaac’s Square in the very heart of St. Petersburg, will bring together around 6,000 spectators. This spectacular event traditionally forms part of the city’s programme of festivities to mark its anniversary. It is also a regular feature of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum’s sporting programme.
In what will mark a first, this year’s event will also feature a marathon, with male and female categories.
Over the course of eight days, 250 teams will compete on a range of off-road vehicles, quad bikes, and motorbikes. The course itself stretches over 2,500 km, with around 400 km of particularly tough terrain.
However, the event is not only open to experienced drivers – anybody is welcome to take part using their own car or SUV. The organizers have put together a set of captivating routes which will make for an incredible journey for the whole family.

Under the motto ‘Europe Loves Russia. Eurasia is our shared home’ the international electric car Peace Rally is to open the sporting programme. The Peace Rally starts on 27 May in Monte Carlo, and on 6 June the autocade arrives at the SPIEF venue, the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre. On 8 June, the SPIEF Drive Speed Festival on St. Isaac’s Square will launch the second stage of the Peace Rally from St. Petersburg to Monte Carlo.

Derby Horse Club, 19, Shosseinaya Ulitsa, Enkolovo, Leningrad Region
Derby Horse Club, together with the J.U.M.P. riding team, will be delighted to welcome amateurs and professionals alike to this exciting event.
The Roscongress Cup show jumping tournament will take place at one of Russia’s leading horse clubs, with special prizes awarded to the youngest competitors. It is an excellent opportunity for Forum participants to enjoy a unique atmosphere, as well as the picturesque surroundings of the club.

The Razliv sports club, 1, Ulitsa Akademika Vernova, Sestroretsk, St. Petersburg
Guests of SPIEF 2019, businesspeople, politicians from St. Petersburg and Moscow, and residents of other regions will take part in the tournament.
The Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Vladimir Kirillov, will take part in the tournament’s opening ceremony.
Competitions are held in doubles in a rotation system, followed by semi-finals and finals. The final part of the tournament will be held according to the Olympic system.

ROSCONGRESS SPIEF DRIVE 2019. The Leningrad retro-rally start

On 8–9 June 2019 in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad rally opens the most prestigious classic car race series – the Russian Automobile Federation (RAF) Retro-Rally Cup.
For the first time, classic car owners are to participate in a competition held in the Northern Capital during the white nights. Rally participants will race along the Neva embankments and enjoy the view of drawn bridges. The race will start in the very centre of the city on the last day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The race route goes through more than a hundred kilometres of the most scenic roads of St. Petersburg and loops back to the historical centre to the finish line.
A two-day format of the rally intends to introduce the city on the Neva to the participants. The sports part of the RAF Retro Rally Cup starts on Saturday, 8 June. On Sunday, there will be an awards ceremony and a city tour programme through the most exciting and significant sights of the city.
