Young entrepreneurs, scientists, and coordinators of youth projects and initiatives will receive valuable advice on running businesses, developing scientific, social, and youth projects.
The mission of the Forum is to create a platform for successful young people that meets their needs and offers practical benefits.
With this in mind, invited speakers will include thought leaders, figures from major companies and business owners. These people will not only seek to inspire participants to take the next steps in their development, but also provide them with the tools they need to achieve this.
ACTIVITIES AT THE SPIEF VENUE
SPIEF Academy
2023 saw the launch of SPIEF Academy – a truly unique initiative enabling students at Russian universities to develop their hard and soft skills.

The aim of the academy is to spur innovation and entrepreneurship, and consolidate various fields of expertise.

The academy’s programme includes opportunities to meet influential politicians, business leaders, creative professionals, and scientists. These figures have come together to share their experience with ambitious young people aged 18–23. They also encourage the sharing of ideas and the adoption of a creative approach to solving complex challenges.

Events held at SPIEF as part of the academy’s programme include TED Talk-style presentations featuring inspiring and experienced speakers, and meetings with political leaders and senior executives at major companies and corporations.

SPIEF Junior

Point Junior aims to build a community of proactive young people aged 14–18. In so doing, it creates a cross-cutting agenda for key discussion and communication platforms across the country. It also gives young people the chance to present their initiatives and projects to an international audience, and benefit from mentorship from global business leaders, prominent politicians, and public figures.

Point Junior was created in 2021 by the Content Foundation – the Roscongress Foundation’s youth platform – with support from the Innopraktika non governmental development institution.

Point Junior’s partners include major Russian corporations and non-profit organizations.

Children’s Edition
The WBCMedia Children’s Edition | Roscongress has been working at SPIEF since 2022.
School pupils over the age of 14 can interview, film reports, lead excursions, and write reviews from the country’s main Forum!
In 2023, more than 20 guests visited the Open Studio: representatives of the President’s Office, State Duma deputies, top managers of state corporations and major companies, governors, representatives of the cultural community, and stars of the media industry.
Correspondents from the Children’s Edition completed a series of reports from the country’s key Forum: a tour of the venue, a review of unusual stands, a story about the United Arab Emirates (the SPIEF guest country in 2023), a brief excursion into the business agenda, and a piece on the sports programme.
The project will also go ahead at SPIEF 2024.
The Country’s Human Potential: Careers

This year a new project will be launched as part of the International Youth Economic Forum: The Country’s Human Potential: Careers. This is a technological space of opportunities for young specialists and graduates without work experience.

As part of the development of the careers ecosystem, the Roscongress Foundation has brought together HR programmes and solutions from partners and companies participating in SPIEF into a single chatbot. Detailed information will be posted closer to the Forum dates.
ROSCONGRESS FOUNDATION INITIATIVES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Since 2020, the Roscongress Foundation has been developing its own social, educational, and youth projects and initiatives. These efforts contribute to the Country's Human Potential ecosystem, which aims to create a comfortable and constructive environment of trust where everyone can express themselves, receive help and support, and find like-minded individuals.
Projects:
- School Friend – A socially-oriented educational project for children in difficult life situations.
- Hunter’s Day careers project This project allows schoolchildren, students, and graduates of secondary specialized educational institutions and universities to test their knowledge in practice, learn new skills, and find employment. It also helps employers find suitable candidates.
- Internships at the Roscongress Foundation – These internships offer practical training and a career start with a dream team.
- Dreamcamp – A children’s camp project focused on developing a child’s creative talents.
