Country Potential: Career
‘Country Potential: Career’ is a special project by the Roscongress Foundation, launched in 2024 as part of the development of the International Youth Economic Forum concept. It is a tech-driven opportunity space for young professionals and university graduates with no prior work experience, as well as for people with disabilities. The project’s chatbot gathers job openings from the country’s largest companies taking part in Roscongress Foundation events.
‘Country Potential: Career’ offers a unique platform for employers to search for talented specialists who are just starting out in their careers, and to post information on their recruitment programmes. For young people, the project provides a quick and easy way of getting information about vacancies, internships and training opportunities all in one place.
