Country potential. Career

Since 2020 the Roscongress Foundation has developed and implemented a range of social, youth and educational projects and initiatives. This has been with the view to improving mechanisms pertaining to employment regulation and specialized education. They aim to provide ongoing assistance to school pupils, students, young specialists, and people with health issues so as to enable them to choose a profession and shape their career path. For more information on these projects, please visit projects.roscongress.org.

International Youth Economic Forum 2024 will be held under the slogan “Day of the Future”. As part of the ongoing development of the event, this year will see the Roscongress Foundation present a special project entitled The Country’s Human Potential: Careers. This technology‑based platform has been designed for young specialists and graduates who do not currently have work experience, as well as for those with disabilities.

The Roscongress Foundation has brought together a host of work-related programmes and solutions from its partners and companies participating in SPIEF. These have been incorporated into a single chatbot, which will be presented to participants during Youth Day.

A PROJECT HELPING
YOUNG PEOPLE TO BUILD A CAREER AT RUSSIA’S LARGEST EMPLOYERS

Companies will be able to offer career opportunities, internships and training programmes, including for young people with disabilities. In so doing, they will be contributing to efforts to boost the country’s human resource potential.

All internships, training programmes and vacancies are presented in a single chatbot, which will continue to operate after the Forum, and form a permanent part of the Roscongress Foundation’s ecosystem of social, educational and youth initiatives.

TOUCH SCREENS FEATURING THE CHATBOT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

  • on the first floor of the Congress Centre opposite the Russian Design Space
  • at the entrance to pavilion G
  • by the Interactive Map of Russia’s Regions in pavilion H
  • at the Country’s Human Potential stand in passage in zone G

MISSION OF THE PROJECT

To provide an opportunity for young professionals and university graduates without work experience to find out about programmes and career prospects at Russia’s leading companies participating in SPIEF, and to forge a career path.

“‘The Country’s Human Potential: Careers’ offers a unique platform for employers to search for talented specialists who are just starting out in their careers, and to post information on their recruitment programmes. For young people, the project provides a quick and easy way of getting information about vacancies, internships and training opportunities all in one place. It can also help them with starting a career at a major Russian company. The Roscongress Foundation has many years of experience when it comes to holding various kinds of events, including for young people. This has served to demonstrate the degree to which young people are interested today in development, in building a successful career, and in realizing their ambitions. ‘The Country’s Human Potential: Careers’ is about contributing to the country’s human resource potential. It is our hope that we will be able to help the younger generation – the future of our country – to determine their development pathway and to find work that offers them prospects going forward,” said Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Roscongress Foundation Alexander Stuglev.
