Miguel Galuccio has been President and CEO of YPF, Argentina’s leading energy company, since 2012. He has more than 20 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry. Under his management, YPF has reversed its decline and achieved its best oil and gas production results of the past 10 years. As leader of the company, Mr. Galuccio has forged associations with relevant players to develop the Vaca Muerta unconventional formation in Argentina. Previously at YPF, he was manager of YPF Indonesian offshore operations. Earlier in his career, his responsibilities at YPF included the operation and development of oil fields in the Argentine southern region. Prior to his current appointments at YPF, Mr. Galuccio was President of Integrated Project Management, Schlumberger’s project management division. He created and headed the strategic division “Schlumberger Production Management", leading companies and teams in the United States, Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Russia, and China. He joined Schlumberger in 1999 as General Manager for Mexico and Central America, where he was the main strategic and technology partner for the companies in the region. Mr. Galuccio holds a degree from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires.

Boris Ivanov was born on May 20, 1961, in Moscow, Russia.In 1983 he graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Department of International Relations.From 1983 to 1993 he served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where he changed several positions working on arms control and US - Russia relations.From 1993 to 2000 he occupied the position of Vice President for oil and gas projects at Unibest Bank.In 2000 Boris Ivanov moved to the Russian Aircraft Corporation MIG where he held position of the First Deputy Director General for Strategy. In February 2004, he was appointed Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprombank JSC. He was responsible for developing Gazprombank's projects overseas.In April 2007, he was appointed Director General of GPB Neftegaz Services B.V. Mr Paulwell was born on 14 January 1962 in Saint Thomas Parish, Jamaica, into a family of mechanical engineers. After finishing secondary school, he attended Excelsior Community College. He graduated from the Norman Manley Law School in the West Indies in 1986. Mr Paulwell worked as a lawyer in the Jamaican State Trading Company and served as executive director for the State Arbitration Trade Commission. In 1995, he was appointed Senator of the Upper House of the Jamaican Parliament and Minister of State for Industry Investment and Commerce under the People’s National Party. In 1997, he was elected to the House of Representatives as Member of Parliament for the constituency of Kingston East and Port Royal (he has since been re-elected to Parliament for this constituency four times). From 1998 to 2007, Mr Paulwell was the Minister of State for Industry Investment and Commerce. From 2007 to 2012, Mr Paulwell formed part of the shadow cabinet for the People’s National Party while the Jamaican Labour Party was in power. In January 2012, he was appointed to the post of Minister of Energy, Mining, Science and Technology. His understanding of energy and mining issues is rather weak, and so he mainly relies on his advisors and advisors. Mr Paulwell aspires to become the leader of the People’s National Party and eventually Prime Minister. Mr Paulwell is protestant and attends an Anglican church. Dr. Nick Rischbieth Glöe, Executive President of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Rice University in Houston, Texas; a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri; and a PhD in Finance from the Institute of Money and Capital Markets of the University of Hamburg in Germany. Successfully leading CABEI in the execution of its Institutional Strategy for 2010-2014, “Competitiveness with Integration and Social Development”, he has achieved a vision of returning the Bank to its development roots, in a setting of operational excellence and administrative efficiency. Ensuring that CABEI’s interventions are fundamental to the sustainable economic and social development of the Central American countries remains one of Dr. Rischbieth’s core commitments. Among Dr. Rischbieth’s main accomplishments at CABEI has been guiding the Bank to investment grade status among the main credit rating agencies in the world, hence positioning CABEI as the best rated borrower in Central America, and one of the best credit ratings in all of Latin America. Through his leadership in this process, the Bank’s current A rating has enabled the Bank to become an important issuer in the international capital markets with permanent access to competitive funding. As of December 1st, 2013, after an unprecedented re-election process at CABEI, Dr. Rischbieth began his second five-year term as Executive President. Prior to holding CABEI’s highest administrative office, Dr. Rischbieth was the Bank’s Executive Vice President, after having been the Bank´s Chief Financial Officer and prior to that the Bank´s Treasurer.

Guild leader and Christian Democrat politician, ex State Minister during the government of Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle and ex Subsecretary of Fisheries during the first period of the government of Ricardo Lagos. Student leader, experienced in human rights subjects and member of the board of the Christian Democrat Party. Has been manager and director of companies in the public and private sphere in different areas such as: transport, seaport management, water resources, construction and concessions and in the financial field as well. Since 2014 is the head of the Chilean Salmon Industry Association – SalmonChile A.G. -, which represents about 95% of the sector in the country. Since the late 2014 he leads the Chilean – Russian Entrepreneurial Committee.

In 1979, he graduated with honours from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with a major in international law. Since 2002, he has held various management positions at JSC Rosoboronexport and Rostec State Corporation. Prior to 2014, he served as head of the International Cooperation Department of Rostec State Corporation and an advisor to the director general of JSC Rosoboronexport. In 2014, he was appointed deputy director general of JSC Rosoboronexport. His key responsibilities include managing a group of regional marketing divisions which includes the Regional Department, Analysis and Long-Term Planning Office and the Advertising and Exhibition Service. From 2008–2014, favourable conditions were created for the signing of major contracts on beneficial terms for Russia with a number of foreign countries for more than USD 10.0 billion with the active involvement of Mr. Goreslavsky and the Corporation’s representatives and in cooperation with JSC Rosoboronexport. Mr. Goreslavsky is one of the leading Russian specialists in matters of military, technical, trade and economic cooperation with Latin American countries. During his career at Rosoboronexport and Rostec Corporation, he has made an enormous personal contribution to strengthening the trade and economic positions of the Russian Federation in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela as well as in Brazil and Peru. For his achievements, Mr. Goreslavsky has been awarded the medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland (Second Class)”, the Order of Honour, the Order of Friendship, the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland (Fourth Class)” and an Honorary Certificate of the President of the Russian Federation.

Kostas Isychos was born in Buenos Aires in 1957. From his early years, he belonged to the left-wing youth movement in Argentina. After the military coup, his family moved from Argentina to Canada, where he graduated from the Political and Economic Sciences Faculty of York University. In 1980, Kostas Isychos moved to Greece. He worked for Olympic Airlines, was a trades union activist and Vice-President of the Civil Aviation Trades Union Association. In 2006, he was elected Vice-President of the Athens Trades Union Centre. Member of the Greek Committee of solidarity with Greek origin citizens of Argentina and Chile who were killed or went missing in the 1970s. One of the founders and a member of the political secretariat of the left coalition of parties SYRIZA, responsible for foreign and defence policy, as well as security forces. The epicenter of his interests consists in international seminars on the foreign policy of such countries as Finland, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Spain, Cuba, Italy and others. He was invited as an international observer to the elections in South Africa, during the elections of Nelson Mandela and to elections in Venezuela. Russian-Greek relations are among his priorities.

Thomas Keller Lippold has a Commercial Engineering degree from Univesidad Adolfo Ibañez and holds an MBA from University of Chicago. During his almost 30 years of professional experience, he has been mostly in the Financial and Managing Direction areas, in companies related to the natural resources sector. In October 2014, he was called from the Matte Family Group, to become C.E.O. at Colbún, one of Chile’s most important power generation companies. Previously from 2012 to 2014 he developed as C.E.O and former as C.F.O at CODELCO, the world’s largest copper producer. His career also includes: More than 10 years in different positions at the Shell Group and 12 years at Doña Inés de Collahuasi Mining Company, where he was first C.F.O and then C.E.O. Supermarket Division Director at CENCOSUD. Managing Partner for Latin America at Brookfield Asset Management.

Andrés Rebolledo holds a degree in Economy from Universidad de Chile and has extensive experience in international trade. In 1991 Andrés Rebolledo joined the Directorate General for International Economic Relations (DIRECON) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was in charge of Mexico, Central America and ALADI at the Latin America & Integration Department. Later, Mr. Rebolledo became Head of the Latin America & Integration Department where he was responsible for preparing, negotiating and managing the Free Trade Agreements signed with the Latin American countries. In the mid-nineties Andrés Rebolledo earned a graduate degree in International Economics and Economic Development at Universidad Complutense, Madrid, Spain. After his degree Mr. Rebolledo returned to DIRECON and became Head of the Market Access Department. From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Rebolledo was Director of Bilateral Economic Affairs and in 2009 he was appointed Chilean Ambassador to Uruguay and Chile´s Permanent Representative to ALADI. From 2010 to early 2014 Mr. Rebolledo worked as a consultant in Integration and Trade at the International Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, United States.
