Despite significant progress in recent years, modern healthcare systems around the world face global challenges that underscore the importance of strengthening and diversifying cooperation across all sectors of the industry. The most urgent issues include the development of technological collaboration in transnational fields such as biotechnology, genetics, creation of vaccines, modern medicines, and medical devices, as well as the digital transformation of healthcare and the advancement of artificial intelligence. There is an undeniable necessity for cross-country experience exchange in the training of medical and pharmaceutical personnel, specialists in public health and healthcare administration, and the establishment of joint training and internship programmes. Additionally, the experiences of different countries in healthcare financing, quality control, and the implementation of value-based healthcare are particularly valuable for the modernization of global healthcare. What are the current priorities for Russia's partner countries in the development and strengthening of health systems? What strategic actions are needed in the healthcare field to effectively respond to global challenges? What programs and initiatives are required to establish effective communication strategies and facilitate experience sharing between countries?
