The development of Siberia is an integral part of the Russian Federation's sovereign economic development project. The region's strategic location as a gateway to the East, its expansive agricultural land, abundant untapped natural resources, and the potential to construct modern urban centres, together with the freedom to plan an efficient transport network, make Siberia a promising experimental site for creating infrastructure that promotes a higher quality of life, urban comfort and rapid industrial growth. What are the tangible tools available for Siberia's development? What is the plan for territorial development, and how can global best practices be implemented in this region, often referred to as Russia's "pearl"?
