In 2014 Switzerland and Russia celebrated 200 years of diplomatic relations, and since then, changes in the exchange rate and regulatory incentives for domestic production and exports have created a favourable business climate in Russia. What is the potential for Russian production to be more deeply integrated in global supply chains and what are the limits? How might the new economic environment lead to a strengthening of Swiss and Russian business ties?
