Association of Innovative Regions of Russia

AIRR is an organizer of effective economic interaction between member regions. The association advocates for their interests at interregional, federal, and international levels.

The Association of Innovative Regions of Russia includes 18 Russian regions: the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Mordovia, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Altai Territory, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Perm Territory, Irkutsk Region, Kaluga Region, Lipetsk Region, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Novgorod Region, Novosibirsk Region, Samara Region, Tomsk Region, Tyumen Region, Ulyanovsk Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area-Yugra.

During the Forum, AIRR will present a number of analytical products: the monitoring of anti-crisis support to SMEs in AIRR member regions from 2021 to 2022 and the monitoring of STEAM/RITM education development in AIRR regions from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, they will showcase the best regional practices of AIRR member entities.

Astrakhan Region

The exhibition stand will showcase an array of remarkable features, shedding light upon the International North–South Transport Corridor, the logistics prowess, and the abundant industrial and trade opportunities inherent in the Astrakhan Region. Moreover, particular emphasis will be placed on the special economic zones comprising the Caspian cluster, inclusive of both industrial and port sectors. Notably, a state-of-the-art port, currently under construction within the port SEZ, will be highlighted as a noteworthy endeavour. To captivate visitors, a video presentation will showcase the thriving shipbuilding industry of the Astrakhan region, effectively conveying the technological advancements and prowess within this domain.

Belgorod Region

For four consecutive years, the Belgorod Region has solidified its position among the top ten in the rankings of investment attractiveness of Russian regions. The region has demonstrated its exceptional appeal by attracting an impressive sum of RUB 193 billion to its flourishing economy last year alone. In 2022, the region achieved remarkable milestones, securing the top rank in Russia for agricultural production per hectare of cultivated land, sunflower yield, live-weight livestock and poultry production, as well as feed production. Furthermore, it claimed the second spot in vegetable oil production – a testament to the region's agricultural prowess.

In the upcoming 2023 exhibition, the focal point will be the meticulously reconstructed chalk mountains, which stand as an iconic symbol of the region.

At the stand, guests will have the opportunity to explore innovative projects within the realm of architecture and ecology. Through virtual tours, visitors can traverse the newly developed public spaces in the city centre, gaining first-hand experience of the cutting-edge green infrastructure systems that will position Belgorod among the ten greenest cities worldwide.

The Belgorod Region encapsulates the concept of strength through unity and growth through opportunities!

Donetsk People's Republic

The stand of the Donetsk People's Republic will make its debut at SPIEF. The stand will include a video presentation on the Donetsk People's Republic, emphasizing its industrial potential. It will encompass a diverse range of visual materials, including photos and videos of the Azovstal Metallurgical Plant, highlighting its reconstruction prospects and the establishment of industrial, eco-industrial, and technoparks within its vicinity. Additionally, the activities of the Mariupol sea port will be showcased. The presentation will highlight the key sectors of the Donbas economy, such as heavy industry, coal mining, electric power, ferrous metallurgy, metalworking, machine building, building materials industry, and chemical industry. The presentation will also note that a significant share of the economy is represented by agriculture, woodworking, furniture, and pulp and paper industries, as well as the transport system, which is currently under active development.

Zaporozhye Region

The Zaporozhye Region, as a new subject of the Russian Federation, brims with immense promise and aspirations across every facet of its progress. It harbours a fervent commitment to prioritize pivotal domains, namely:

  • Facilitating a congenial milieu to attract substantial investments, thus expediting the comprehensive rejuvenation of the region's infrastructure;
  • Pioneering the establishment and advancement of industrial, socio-economic, scientific, technical, and human resources, encompassing the forging of interregional production collaborations with organizations and enterprises engaged in diverse economic pursuits.

During the upcoming Forum, the Zaporozhye Region intends to finalize a multitude of pivotal agreements, encompassing cooperation in the realms of trade, economics, science, technology, and socio-cultural endeavours. Additionally, the region seeks to establish interdepartmental collaborations through the signing of memorandums between the recently joined territory and various entities within the Russian Federation. In addition to these significant milestones, comprehensive programs outlining the socio-economic development of the region will be unveiled. Moreover, compelling proposals for potential partners and investors in the realm of public-private partnerships will be presented, highlighting the immense opportunities that await. The delegation comprises distinguished members of the Government of the Zaporozhye Region, the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Zaporozhye Region, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Zaporozhye Region, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of the Zaporozhye Region.

Kaluga Region

As Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, a brilliant scientist, humble teacher and great dreamer from Kaluga, said: “There is nothing more powerful than human mind.” Yet there is something bigger – the Universal Mind from Nikola-Lenivets Art Park. The symbiosis of breakthrough ideas of the founder of cosmonautics and the unique art object became the basis of Kaluga Region’s stand.

Ideas are not enough to generate – they need to be supported, as Tsiolkovsky bequeathed. That is why the stand displays the best creations of Kaluga’s brains – Mercator digital services, FarmAid innovative pharmaceuticals, Elmat design solutions and high-tech products from other companies

Importantly, in the Year of the Educator and Mentor, the concept of the stand captures the inextricable link between best mentoring practices and the limitless possibilities of intellect.

Krasnodar Territory

The Krasnodar Territory presents itself through a dedicated pavilion, purposefully designed with modern stylistic and multimedia elements to create a vibrant and captivating exposition. This distinctive showcase exudes a unique aesthetic that sets the tone and accentuates Kuban's identity as the revered "mecca" of winemaking in Russia.

The exposition includes a presentation and business space (over 600 m2), a designated negotiation zone and a spacious conference room capable of accommodating up to 100 participants.

The exposition will demonstrate the economic power and high investment potential of the region.

The business programme, aligned with the federal agenda, will feature engaging presentations and dynamic discussions led by prominent speakers.

Numerous meetings of the regional leaders with business representatives, and Russian and foreign delegations are planned, contributing to the expansion of business and economic ties. Several noteworthy investment agreements aimed at enhancing the social and economic well-being of Kuban are expected to be signed.

Krasnoyarsk Territory

The Krasnoyarsk Territory is the second-largest region in Russia. It is located in Eastern Siberia and belongs to the Siberian Federal District. The Krasnoyarsk Territory leads Russia in terms of ore reserves and mineral resources, including oil, gas, iron ores, coal, non-ferrous and rare metals, and non-metallic minerals. Altogether, the region boasts over 1,200 mineral deposits. The region has the second largest reserves of forest resources in Russia and is the country's richest region in terms of water resources, with the Yenisei, Russia's largest river, flowing through the region from north to south. The Krasnoyarsk Territory attracts tourists from around the world due to its natural attractions, including the Krasnoyarsk Stolby National Park, Ergaki Nature Park, and Putorana Plateau. Moreover, the region has a rich cultural and sporting heritage. Over the years, it has become home to prominent scientific, educational, and sports institutions, hosting international events and fostering vibrant cultural and social initiatives. Krasnoyarsk residents such as Vasily Surikov, Viktor Astafyev, Mikhail Godenko, Dmitry Hvorostovsky, and Ivan Yarygin have achieved worldwide recognition.

Leningrad region

Leningrad Region will present its tourism potential at SPIEF for the first time. As one of the leaders in the tourism rating of Russia’s regions, Leningrad Region sees tourism as a driver of economic development, so it declares it to be the main theme of the Region’s stand in 2023.

At SPIEF, Leningrad Region will present a new strategy for developing tourism infrastructure, including the results of a large-scale study of the Region’s tourism potential and its main outcome – implementation-ready investment proposals for the development of areas in selected locations.

The tourist appeal and unique nature of Leningrad Region were reflected in the bright, bold and cosy design of its stand. The main element that inspired the organizing team was Trail47, a project to create eco-trails.

Thanks to a large screen with specially prepared video content and a recreation zone imitating the coast of the Gulf of Finland, visitors will enjoy the views of the unique nature of Leningrad Region. The Invest Bar will offer delicious local products: tea, coffee, sweets, cheeses and snacks.

Lugansk People's Republic

The Lugansk People's Republic is a region with enormous industrial potential.

The region's economy comprises a diverse range of enterprises operating across various sectors.

The region's participation in SPIEF will provide a fresh impetus for the development of cooperative relationships, market expansion, and increased trade turnover.

Two regional enterprises will be presented at the stand of the Republic:

Lugansky Khladokombinat – producer of ice cream (Korolevskoye), butter and dairy products.

Yunis – full-cycle manufacturer of aluminium and bimetallic heating radiators (Solur) and aluminium profiles.

A number of cooperation agreements are planned to be signed at the stand of the Lugansk People's Republic, including agreements with Russian regions (Omsk Region, Republic of Kalmykia, Krasnodar Territory) and enterprises (SME Corporation).

Interregional Association «Siberian Accord» (IA «Siberian Accord»)

Greater Siberia is the common brand under which all ten regions of the Siberian Federal District perform at the Forum.

Siberia is a huge macro-region, and the name ‘Greater Siberia’ reflects its characteristics. Siberia has been and will continue to be a stronghold of the Russian Federation. The people who live here are characterized by great activity, cohesion and strength of spirit.

The single stand of the Greater Siberia showcases the best, often unique, development projects, which give a powerful boost to not only regional economies, but to the country’s economy as a whole.

Science, industry, transport, tourism, mining and processing of minerals – everything the Siberian land is rich in and famous for, everything the Siberians are working on today, everything that shapes the new image of Siberian territories and high-tech centres that attract investment and drive economic development – all this is Greater Siberia!

Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation

Achieving technological sovereignty, training highly qualified personnel, and developing Russian education and science are the key ideas of the stand of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education. They are reflected in major projects and programmes:

  • The Advanced Engineering Schools federal project for training a new generation of personnel;
  • A project to create world-class campuses in the Russian regions;
  • Priority 2030, the largest university support and development programme in history;
  • Youth laboratories in priority areas of science;
  • Popular science, youth and student tourism programmes.

The stand also offers information about the work of branches of Russian universities and the export of Russian education abroad. An interview area is available to discuss projects.

Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic

The stand of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic, ‘The Arctic – Territory of Dialogue’ will host events of various formats, united by the theme of Arctic development.

As part of the discussion platform, leading experts, representatives of major companies, and heads of federal and regional authorities will discuss a wide range of topics related to attracting professional staff to the Arctic, the development of the Northern Sea Route, scientific cooperation, climate change, energy, tourism, and the environment.

Nizhny Novgorod Region

At the heart of the idea of the Nizhny Novgorod stand is Belyana, a unique wooden vessel used by Nizhny Novgorod craftsmen to raft timber down the Volga River. Surprisingly, it is Belyana that reflects the main features of Nizhny Novgorod's character, namely creative engineering, colossal human labour and a unique entrepreneurial spirit.

One hundred years later, the Belyana of Nizhny Novgorod is again embarking on an exciting journey. This time, the voyage is into the world of the groundbreaking projects of the future, together with the guests of SPIEF 2023. The stand will showcase the region's priority development projects, including large-scale transport reform and construction of new metro stations. The stand will also feature projects for the comprehensive redevelopment of historic areas and the development of the Nizhny Novgorod metropolitan area, as well as the construction of an IT campus and an ice palace. A special focus will be placed on supporting creative industries, arts and crafts, and Nizhny Novgorod's event programme as part of its role as Russia's Youth Capital 2023.

Novgorod region

The Novgorod Region has ascended to an esteemed position among the top five in the investment attractiveness rating, a testament to its remarkable growth over the past five years – ascending an impressive 48 positions. This achievement is not a mere abstraction; it is a resounding reality!

Our region stands as an embodiment of how ambitious plans can materialize into Great Construction!

At the heart of our stand lies the notion of perpetual building and development, cleverly merging the design aesthetics of Soviet modernism with the finest aspects of our storied history.

The concept of "Great Construction" serves as an audacious response to the challenges imposed by the contemporary world. It boldly communicates to Forum attendees that the region has embarked upon a new phase of growth and progress.

Within the stand, visitors will discover meticulously crafted models showcasing the Special Economic Zone, Intelligent Electronics – Valdai Innovation Centre, the campus of the Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University, and the Novgorod Academic Drama Theatre named after F.M. Dostoyevsky. Additionally, an immersive virtual tour awaits, allowing visitors to stroll through the charming streets and captivating attractions of Veliky Novgorod.

Greeting guests at the stand will be a live statue, embodying either a scientist – a symbolic representation of our innovative development – or a builder – the esteemed protagonist of the Great Construction!

Perm Territory

The stand of the Perm Territory is dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the city of Perm. The concept of the stand is aimed at presenting the past, present and future of Perm and the region.

The stand includes the following exhibits:

  • 300 Years of Perm, a gyroscopic suspension structure;
  • Robotech R-600 3D printer, a sand-casting mould printer (Binder Jetting technology);
  • VIPAKS intelligent video surveillance system, including video services and video analytics modules, including those based on neural networks;
  • Autonomous robotic in-pipe defectoscope scanner.
The Moscow City Government

Moscow stands as one of the most prominent urban economies globally, commanding a significant position by accounting for one-fifth of all investments made in Russia.

During the Forum, the Moscow City Government will proudly showcase the region's primary investment ventures and infrastructure projects. These include comprehensive territorial development initiatives, the establishment of the Federal Centre for Unmanned Aerial Systems, and the Vorobyovy Gory Innovative Scientific and Technological Centre of Moscow State University.

As an integral part of the Forum's business programme, the exhibition stand will serve as a platform for hosting thematic sessions dedicated to the advancement of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone, as well as the implementation of offset agreements. Additionally, discussions will revolve around the capital's successful experience in issuing green bonds and the development of industrial clusters.

Government of Moscow Region

Five projects are to be presented at the stand of Moscow Region Government:

  • Land for RUB 1 (tell us about the 2022 results);
  • Industrial mortgage;
  • Business Region Management Centre (a single reception and processing circuit for all enquiries from entrepreneurs and investors under the regional investment standard);
  • Light Industrial (ready-made platforms for investors);
  • Investment portal (all support measures and services for businesses near Moscow in one place).

At least 15 agreements with representatives of Russian and foreign companies are planned to be signed at the stand.

Pskov Region

The main concept of Pskov Region’s stand is ‘traditions and innovations’. Functionally the stand will be divided into two zones:

  • The economic zone that will present local companies and investment potential of the Region;
  • The Region’s tourism potential.

Pskov Region’s stand will include:

  • Presentations of local companies;
  • A demonstration of the sensory-executive system;
  • Three displays by exhibiting companies;
  • A touchscreen table with information for investors;
  • Signing of investment and partnership agreements;
  • Demonstration of videos on the investment and tourism potential of Pskov Region;
  • Presentation videos of exhibiting companies;
  • A tasting area.
Republic of Bashkortostan

The Republic of Bashkortostan stands as a prominent hub of industry and agriculture, renowned for its significant contributions to the chemical industry, mechanical engineering, and oil production sectors. With a favourable investment climate, well-established transport infrastructure, and a wealth of tourist opportunities, the region offers a compelling environment for potential investors. Furthermore, the republic actively supports the SMO (special military operation), exemplified by the deployment of three named battalions and the regular shipment of humanitarian aid collected by its residents.

The stand will be divided into distinct functional zones: a multimedia presentation of breakthrough projects, an agreement signing, a presentation focused on the national cyber-physical platform called Berloga, and a presentation of the helicopter-type unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) known as BAS-200.

Within the meeting room, a replica of the monument honouring General Minigali Shaimuratov will be prominently displayed against the backdrop of a diorama depicting Soviet Square.

The stand's façade will feature an installation created with the assistance of artificial intelligence, captivatingly showcasing a digital model of Bashkir nature. This innovative display serves as a testament to the region's ability to embrace technological advancements while remaining steadfast in its commitment to preserving its unique natural heritage.

The Dagestan Republic

The industrial, cultural and tourism potential are fundamental to the presentation of the Republic of Dagestan.

The stand concept is based on the main cultural event of 2023 – the 100th anniversary of the birth of Rasul Gamzatov.

The stand will feature:

  • Dagestan’s investment projects;
  • Rasul Gamzatov’s works in a modern format;
  • A virtual presentation on the life of Rasul Gamzatov and the unique natural and tourist sites of Dagestan;
  • Special economic zones and priority projects of Dagestan;
  • Achievements in industry, agriculture and other areas.
Republic of Kalmykia

For the first time in 15 years, the Republic of Kalmykia will have a themed stand at SPIEF. The region has the requisite resources to develop domestic tourism. According to the Tourism Attractiveness Index, it is firmly among the top 20 Russian regions in terms of attractive heritage, both material and immaterial, as well as natural attractions and event programmes.

According to last year's results, the Republic is the leader in the growth of registered small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia, at 121%. Furthermore, it also saw a 2.7-fold increase in tax receipts under the simplified taxation system.

In accordance with the economic development plan approved by the head of Kalmykia, Batu Khasikov, the region has a preferential tax regime, with tax rates starting from 1% and 5% for new entrepreneurs and those who have registered for the simplified taxation system.

Kalmykia is a region with high potential for the development of the manufacturing industry, the growth of agricultural production and marketing, and the creation of facilities for the extraction and processing of natural resources. It can also become a transport and logistics hub for road and air transport within the country, as well as act as a "transcontinental bridge" along the North-South and East-West routes.

The exhibition will present the region's major projects. The implementation of these initiatives over the next few years will help boost the economy, attract investment and create new enterprises and jobs.

Negotiations with Russian and foreign companies will be held at the stand. Cooperation agreements with both potential investors and federal subjects of the Russian Federation will be signed.

The Republic of North Ossetia-Alania

The Republic of North Ossetia–Alania will present the region’s investment potential in Pavilion H at SPIEF.

The main focus will be on tourism projects:

  • Creation of a new tourism cluster ‘Sunny Belt of Alania’, which will include the southern part of Vladikavkaz and the mountainous areas of Prigorodny, Alagirsky and Irafsky districts of the Republic;
  • Creation of an all-season tourist and recreational complex ‘Mamison’ that meets world standards;
  • Creation of a leading entertainment complex with a wide range of recreational, cultural and leisure services – an all-season theme park ‘Alania Park’.

In addition, a 48.5-hectare IT village project will be presented, complete with the modern infrastructure necessary to create a communication platform for exchanging experiences and bringing together IT specialists, as well as a transport and logistics complex.

Republic of Tatarstan

The concept of the stand "Tatarstan – The Future is Already Today".

The Bashkortostan Restaurant

In 2022, the Bashkortostan Restaurant made an indelible impression among the Forum participants. This year we are going to continue our tradition and look forward to welcoming Forum guests with fine Bashkir cuisine.

The well-known Gold of the Sarmatians figures, a collection the museums of the Republic of Bashkortostan are famous for, will be showcased at the restaurant. Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of national dishes and delicacies, the drink Kumis with its incredible healing effects, and fragrant tea with herbs collected from the fields and mountains of Bashkir, all accompanied by live ethnic music.

Russian society ‘Znanie’

The studio will serve as an esteemed venue for enlightening educational events featuring distinguished speakers, whose insightful discussions will be broadcast across the esteemed platforms of the Russian society ‘Znanie’ and the Russian Military Historical Society. Furthermore, the engagement of influential bloggers, who possess a substantial following among the youth demographic, as interviewers will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive perception of SPIEF within this targeted audience.

Rostov Region

In the past five years, the Rostov Region has experienced a remarkable 1.8-fold increase in investment volume. The industrial sector grew by 7.8% in 2022. Moreover, the region has witnessed the establishment of new industries, including wind energy and computer manufacturing, among others.

During SPIEF 2023, the Rostov Region will present its key investment projects and highlight the various state support mechanisms available to investors. Notably, the Rostov Region stands as the SOLE REGION IN RUSSIA to embrace a COMPREHENSIVE industrial park regime. This innovative approach allows industrial investors the freedom to choose ANY desired location within the region to establish their plants or factories. Upon completion and operation of the enterprise, the regional budget guarantees reimbursement ranging from 50% to 95% of the infrastructure costs incurred by the investor.

A new tool for attracting investment has emerged in the form of the Rostov Special Economic Zone, specifically designed for industrial and production activities in Novocherkassk.

As part of the SPIEF 2023, agreements will be signed on industrial projects that contribute to ensuring Russia's technological sovereignty in critical sectors of the economy.

Plastun Russian All-Terrain

Plastun Russian All-Terrain Vehicles was registered on 19 March 2021. Its incorporation was preceded by many years of work on the development of several types of vehicles by a group of specialists working at the Kazakh ASIA AUTO plant.

The specialists’ expertise and practical experience, accumulated during the licensed assembly of modern vehicles, together with their healthy ambitions, led to the idea of them developing their own products. In 2016, a cross-functional team comprising designers, process engineers, manufacturers, procurement and marketing specialists was assembled at ASIA AUTO and set about the development and advancement of several promising areas.

The company will present three of its ATVs at SPIEF 2023:

  • The Inspector-LUX Plastun ATV with a thermal imaging camera installed
  • The golden autumn-coloured LUX Plastun ATV with individual seats for four passengers
  • The lime-coloured Plastun ATV on a trailer unit
Ryazan Region Development Corporation

The interactive stand of the Ryazan Region will introduce to the Forum guests a captivating blend of its economic accomplishments and vibrant cultural traditions. Stepping into the venue, visitors will be enveloped in an atmosphere that seamlessly weaves together the region's rich historical past with its technologically advanced future. By fostering a welcoming environment for entrepreneurs and investors, the region actively enhances its economic potential. The positive outcomes are immediately evident, with a steady and systematic development of the region's diversified economy, accompanied by notable growth in key sectors such as pharmaceuticals, metalworking, and chemical production. At the core of Ryazan's modern achievements lies its remarkable historical and cultural heritage, which guests of the stand will have the unique opportunity to witness firsthand. A skilled local craftswoman will demonstrate the art of weaving Mikhailovsky lace in real time. Today, it stands as the world's only handmade coloured bobbin lace. Do not miss the opportunity to get acquainted with the intricacies of this art!

Samara Region

The R12 cargo unmanned aerial system represents a groundbreaking innovation aimed at expediting the delivery of small and time-sensitive cargo that enables swift transportation of everyday goods to remote areas, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.

The telemedicine case that has been developed for remote monitoring of patients' medical parameters.

The training hardware and software system has been designed to equip educational classrooms, flying ranges, and training facilities catering to external unmanned aerial system pilots.

The AIST-ST small spacecraft, specifically engineered for radar observation of Earth. The primary purpose of this spacecraft is to monitor and gather valuable data on the Earth's surface, meeting the interests of diverse customers and agencies.

The portal CNC plasma cutting gantry machine is used particularly in machines designed for precise shape and straight-line laser cutting of sheet metal within industrial environments.

Signing agreements and hosting meetings.

Saratov Region

"The Saratov Region proudly stands as a bastion of robust growth and development".

Its exhibition stand at the Forum will function as a distinguished platform, showcasing the region's remarkable advancements in technology and investment. Immersed in history, the Saratov Region boasts captivating historical manors, revered monuments, picturesque springs, towering cliffs, lush forests, iconic chalky mountains, striking white cliffs, rapid rivers, and enchanting waterfalls. Furthermore, these very lands hold a profound connection to space exploration, as they witnessed the historic landings of renowned cosmonauts Yuri Gagarin and German Titov. Today, these formerly ordinary locations are immortalized through poignant memorial complexes.

Within our stand, guests and participants will have the invaluable opportunity to familiarize themselves with the extensive array of business support measures and explore potential investment sites. Sevastopol

On 14 June 2023, the city of Sevastopol will be 240 years old!

The exhibition will showcase potential in the tourism, investment and industrial sectors. In addition, the following projects will be presented:

  • The fisheries cluster project is presented in video format;
  • The "Lost Sevastopol" Excursion with Augmented Reality in VR Goggles project;
  • Map of Sevastopol with investment sites, including participants in the Terroir of Sevastopol project;
  • Mock-up of the unmanned aerial vehicle LOCUST 20/50;
  • Scale model of a marine drone;
  • Information materials about the city of Sevastopol.
Tambov region

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 62 of January 25, 2020, and recognizing the remarkable contributions of Sergei Rachmaninoff to both national and global culture, a decision was made to commemorate the 150th anniversary of his birth in 2023 on a national level.

Rachmaninoff lived and worked for a long time in his birthplace Ivanovka in the Tambov Region, where his most famous works were composed. The concept of the stand is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Rachmaninoff, the composer, pianist, and conductor.

The main structural feature will consist of the suspended LED structures. Additionally, it will include both outdoor and indoor spaces for business meetings, a signing area, an interactive corner, and an immersive experience showcasing the world of Rachmanioff's music.

A presentation on the socio-economic, investment, educational and tourism potential of the Tambov region is planned.

Tver Region

At the stand of the Tver region, you can get a plethora of information concerning the region's investment and tourism potential, ongoing large-scale projects, and collaboration prospects. You can indulge in a virtual stroll into the future through the city of Toropets with a rich history, which celebrates 950 years in 2024. You also have a chance to win a certificate for a delightful sojourn in a picturesque hotel in the Tver Region and take part in a charming tea party, traditional for our region, with a tasting of local sweets.

Tula Region

The Tula Region is one of the most industrially developed regions in the Central Federal District, boasting a significant proportion of manufacturing activities within its economy. One of the region's distinctive features is also a high concentration of defence enterprises.

The region's favourable geographical location, natural resources, fuel and energy, mineral resources, fertile land, a powerful industrial complex, high scientific and technical potential, and significant tourism potential make it one of the most promising areas for economic growth in the Central Federal District of Russia.

The Tula region stand will present and display a mock-up visualisation of the Konduki year-round eco-resort, as well as interactive panels with information on the region's key industries.

Khabarovsk Territory

The Investment Projects zone is dedicated to breakthrough investment projects currently ongoing in the Khabarovsk Territory. These projects will be presented through a captivating interactive multimedia application.

The Precious Metals Zone introduces five primary minerals extracted from the Khabarovsk Territory. Through a combination of 2D animated scenes, informative videos, and visually engaging graphics, the extraction and processing techniques for these minerals will be vividly depicted.

The Video Screen zone will broadcast a captivating video highlighting the territory's remarkable attributes, accompanied by an animated film paying tribute to Admiral Nevelsky.

The Buggy zone showcases the exceptional production of mobile all-terrain vehicles uniquely designed within the Khabarovsk Territory, including those specifically tailored to meet the demands of the special military operation (SMO).

Within the VR Sukhoi zone, the TV panel will showcase immersive videos providing an in-depth look at the remarkable Su-57 aircraft.

Lastly, the Tourism zone offers a captivating display of the enchanting tourist attractions found in the Khabarovsk Territory.

Kherson Region

The following materials will be presented at the stand of Kherson Oblast:

  • A 30-second promotional video showcasing the promising sectors of development in Kherson Oblast;
  • Advertising booklets on agriculture, industry and trade, tourism.

This electric, eco-friendly (noiseless, zero-emission) and efficient for business Class 1 autonomous truck saves up to 37% of costs compared to traditional transport, where several vehicles are deployed.

The platforms can be used by manufacturing and industrial enterprises, warehouse operators and trading companies with the ability to work on a 24/7 basis.

Operating temperature range: from -35ºC to +50ºC. Load capacity: up to 2 tonnes, range on a single charge: up to 200 km, speed: up to 20 km/h.

Platform charging: 6 hours from a household outlet, 40 minutes – fast charging.

Operational safety is ensured by the redundant pneumatic braking system, the 360° surround view, the automatic diagnostic system and remote shutdown system. The platform can make an emergency stop both automatically and via a remote operator, and can distinguish between and interpret road signs, markings, curbs and other road infrastructure, as well as objects in the area of operation (buildings, pillars, etc.).

EvoCargo provides an efficient and eco-friendly autonomous freight logistics service in different regions of Russia – from the Moscow Region to the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

In 2023, the company began exporting its services to the UAE. By the end of the year, EvoCargo plans to be producing 100 autonomous trucks, and in coming years to reach a serial production of over 1,000 trucks a year.
