Bogdan Bulychev – Head of the Centre for the Support and Development of Expeditionary Activities and Tourist Attraction of the RGO Expo Regions, Ambassador of the Arctic, Far East and TOYOTA in Russia. Organizer of international projects that aim to promote and increase tourist flows to regions of the Far East and Arctic.
During the existence of the RGO Expo Expeditionary Centre since 2015, more than 15 major international and Russian expeditions have been conducted with views by more than 350,000,000 people. The RGO Expo team and its head Bogdan Bulychev have become recognizable on virtually every continent in the world. The Arctic-Dixon and North Pole projects were viewed by 198 million and 168 million people, respectively.

Born on 31 January in Leningrad. Graduated from the Translation Department of the Faculty of Philology of Leningrad State University and then completed higher courses of the USSR KGB in Minsk.
1981-1998 – Worked his way up from an operations officer of the First Main Directorate of the USSR KGB to First Deputy Head of a directorate of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation. Had three extended overseas assignments in Nordic countries and Africa. Following the reorganisation of the KGB, he continued work in the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation and then in the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation.
August 1998 – Deputy Director of the FSB and Director of the FSB Department for Analysis, Forecasting and Strategic Planning.
15 November 1999 – Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Colonel General in reserve.
28 March 2001 – Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
14 November 2005 – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.

In 2003 graduated from Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurship with Moscow Government with specialty in Jurisprudence. Awarded with the qualification of the Lawyer.
2000 – 2007 worked as a Leading Legal Adviser, Acting Assistant Director General for Legal Issues, Acting Head of Legal Department, Head of Legal Department, Deputy Director General for Legal Issues and Corporate Safety of LLC Amur Coal, Raichikhinsk city.
In 2007 was assigned to a position of the Director of CJSC Russian Coal’ branch in Gukovo city.
From 2008 - Director of the branch of JSC Russian Coal, in Blagoveshchensk.
2009 - 2010 – held position of the Director General of LLC Amur Coal, Raichikhinsk.
On February 2, 2011 – assigned to a position of First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Infrastructure of Amur Region.
From February 23, 2011, took a position of Minister of Housing and Utilities Infrastructure of Amur Region.
On September 14, 2014, won the elections and became the Mayor of Blagoveshchensk City by receiving 38.68% of votes.
On March 25, 2015, was appointed as a temporary Acting Governor of Amur Region by the order of V.V.Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
On September 20, 2015 started to work as a Governor of Amur Region.
On May 18, 2018 was appointed as Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East. On November 10, 2020, he was appointed Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation.

2002-2003: Deputy Manager of Tomskneft VNK – Head of Strezhevoyneft Oil and Gas Producing Enterprise;
2003-2005: Manager of Yuganskneftegaz JSC;
2005-2008: First Vice President of OC Rosneft JSC, in charge of the industrial sector of the company;
2008-2012: Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. He was in charge of issues connected with the activities of the Russian oil & gas complex.
2012: First Deputy General Director of JSC Zarubezhneft;
2012 to present: General Director of JSC Zarubezhneft.
Sergey Kudryashov is also the Head of the Working Group of the Commission under the President of the Russian Federation for the strategy of the Fuel and Energy Complex (FEC) development and ecological safety.

Viacheslav Alexandrovich “Slava” Fetisov is a retired professional ice hockey defenseman and coach who earned two Stanley Cups during his time as a player and one as coach with the NHL. He also earned two Olympic gold medals, one silver and one bronze during his hockey career as both a player for the Soviet national team and as manager for the Russian national team. Slava is a currently an acting member of the State Duma of Russia—one of the two bodies that make up the Russian Federal Assembly. After the 2002 Winter Olympics, Russian President Vladimir Putin offered him the position as Minister of Sport, a post he held until 2008. Fetisov has become passionate about polar conservation and was a formidable advocate on behalf of the Ross Sea within Russia with a commitment to work for long-term protections through a network of marine protected areas in the Southern Ocean. In 2018 he was appointed UN Environment Patron for Polar Regions.

From July 2009: Vice-President of the National Union of Water Utility. 2011–2012: Executive Director of the Socioeconomic and Political Research Institute Fund under the All-Russia People’s Front. Since October 2011: Executive Director of NP Development of Housing and Utilities. Since August 2012: member of the Advisory Panel under the Russian Government and Head of the Working Group for Development of Housing and Utilities under the Advisory Panel of the Russian Government. 6 December 2013: appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Russian Federation. 1 October 2014: appointed Chief State Housing Inspector of Russia. December 2015: elected Bureau Member of the UNECE Committee on Housing and Land Management.
