Dmitry Dyrmovsky

Chief Executive Officer, Speech Technology Center

Was born in 1979 in Mirny, Arkhangelsk Region. In 1996, he graduated from the Specialized Educational Scientific Centre at Novosibirsk State University. Then studied at the Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy under the program of training engineers in high-tech areas. He graduated in 2001, received a diploma with honors and a gold medal.
Dmitry Dyrmovsky has been working at Speech Technology Center since 2004. In 2007, he was appointed the head of the company’s Moscow branch. Since 2013, he is Chief Executive Officer of the Speech Technology Center. In 2014, he graduated from the Executive course at the IMD Business School (Switzerland).
Vice-President of the National Association of Contact Centers. Member of the Board of Directors, Russian Software Products Association «Russian Software». Member of the Expert Council on software of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

Pavel Rastopshin

General Director, Ultimatec

Pavel Rastopshin is a Certified Manager of IT services with over 20 years experience. He possesses many years of experience in IT management in such industries as industry, energy, telecommunications, FMCG, banks. He is an expert in ERP systems and business applications, ITIL / ITSM, and IT outsourcing.
Before joining ZYFRA, Pavel worked as Executive Vice President of MAYKOR (Top?100 Global Outsourcing IAOP) and was responsible for promotion and provision of outsourcing services in all sectors of the Russian economy. In 2014 Pavel provided a sevenfold increase in "cloud revenue", heading the cloud technology and business solutions department in SAP CIS. Before that, Pavel worked as a Business Development Director at Triangle Consulting (exclusive partner of Capgemini in Russia), heading marketing and sales in the areas of Management and IT Consulting, ERP. From 2009 to 2011, he was head of the Russian branch of the IT Service Management Forum.
Pavel graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. He has the MBA degree from Stockholm School of Economics regarding the program "strategic marketing".

Yury Saprykin

Vice President for Regional and International Development, Skolkovo Foundation

Yuriy Saprykin graduated from Department of Applied Mathematics at Kuban State University in Systems Programming. He was a Deputy to the Krasnodar Territory Legislative Council, where he was a member of the Science and Education Committee. In this position, he focused on legislation on science and innovation, communications between institutes and research facilities and innovation infrastructure.
2013: Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs under the Ministry of Education and Science, where he oversaw innovation and information projects, as well as volunteering in sports etc. 2014: joined Skolkovo Technopark as Deputy CEO. He was appointed Vice-President Development of Russian Far East in 2016 and Vice-President for Regional and International Development in 2016.

Ekaterina Solntseva

Chief Digital Officer, State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM

Ekaterina Solntseva has been working in IT since 1999. She is currently in charge of ABBYY business development all over the world. Ekaterina came to ABBYY in January 2008, to the position of Marketing Advisor to CEO ABBYY Russia.
Before July 2008, she had worked at the Russian office as Advisor to the CEO for marketing and then took the position of Director of Mobile Platform Products Department, in charge of developing applications for mobile platforms, marketing and sale of mobile products on the world market. In 2013, ABBYY was included in the TOP 5 developers of mobile apps in Russia in revenue terms (according to the analytical company App Annie).
Prior to joining ABBYY, Ekaterina held executive positions in marketing and business development at Yandex, IBS and Medialogy.
Ms. Solntseva graduated from the Moscow State University, Physics Department. She holds Master’s degree in Physics and Mathematics.
Ekaterina’s hobbies include skiing and exotic travel and she is also engaged in charity projects. She has a daughter.

Alexey Ushmodin

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Wisoft JSC, Rustax LLC

Alexey Ushmodin has more than 12 years of experience in the tax authorities of the Russian Federation and 4 years in the field of tax consulting. He was awarded the Diploma of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation for participation in the semi-finals of the competition of managers "Leaders of Russia", numerous diplomas and letters of thanks from the head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. He was awarded the insignia "Honorary Worker of the Federal Tax Service of Russia" and the medal "For Faith and Fatherland" of the Engineer Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He is the 1st class adviser of the state civil service of the Russian Federation.

Graduated in 2007 with honors Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, in 2018 with honors from the Executive MBA program at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, he was awarded a Master of Business Administration degree. Successfully completed the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Service Automation: Technologies and Implementation at the London School of Economics and Policy Sciences (LSE).

He is a regular speaker at business forums and conferences. In December 2022, he moderated the session “Agreement on the Protection and Promotion of Investments – Restart, New Business Opportunities” at the International Business Week 2022, organized by the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
