Research in Development. A Comfortable Data-Driven Environment

16 Jun , 09:30–10:30
Case session
Passage, Roscongress Urban Hub

Today, developers are trying to respond to people’s needs for residential environment projects. Particular attention is paid to multifunctionality and accessibility, but how can we determine which amenities people really need and which ones will not be in demand?

Spatial development research companies are helping to solve this issue. Collaborating with urbanists could help developers find the right approach in working with the urban environment and implementing a comfortable and profitable project.

- What research opportunities for the development of the urban environment could be useful for business?
- What aspects should be taken into account when conducting a pre-project analysis of a territory?
- What research methods are development companies using today and what opportunities do they see for the further evolution of this work?
