Evelina Zakamskaya was born on November 17, 1977, in Baku, and graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Tver State University. She is a presenter for Radio Mayak and for Mir, a television and radio company. Since 2006, she has been an anchor for television channel Russia 24. She writes and presents Mnenie (Opinion), a talk show covering social and political issues, and Idei, menyayushchie mir (World-Changing Ideas), a series of popular science programmes. Evelina Zakamskaya moderates Russia 24 sessions at major international forums. She is married with two daughters.

In 1985-1991, Andrey Bystritskiy was engaged in research as a Senior Fellow at the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences. He has been in the media industry since 1991, starting as the Head of the Audience Research Department of the All-Russia State Television and Radio Company (RTR), author and host of radio and television broadcasts. In 1993-1996, Andrey Bystritskiy headed sociological research at the Company. From 1996 to 1997, he was in charge of the "Society" Department at the Itogi (Russian Newsweek) magazine. In 1997-1998, Andrey Bystritskiy was Deputy Director General for Information at TV Tsentr. Between 1998 and 1999, he was the Producer of the Russian news service on BBC. In 1999, he joined the Organizing Committee of the Unofficial Moscow Festival as one of its Co-Chairs, he was also a member of the Editorial Board of the Moscow Alternative newspaper and Chairman of the Mayak State Radio Broadcasting Company (main information radio in Russia). In 2000, Bystritskiy became the Director General of the Vesti State Television Company (an entity of RTR). From 2000 to 2008, he was Deputy Director General of RTR and the Director of the Department of Information Programmes of the Russia TV. In 2000-2013 Bystritskiy was a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of international broadcasting company Euronews. Between 2005 and 2007, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Apologia monthly magazine. From 2008 to 2014, he was the Chairman of the Voice of Russia State Radio Company (Russian international broadcaster in 44 languages). Andrey Bystritskiy has been at the National Research University – Higher School of Economics since 2001, as a Dean of the Faculty of Communications, Media and Design since 2014. Since 2008, he has been the head of the Council of the Heads of Government and Public Television and Radio Organizations of CIS Countries. Since 2014, Bystritskiy has been the Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club and the Chairman of the Public Supervisory Council of the Russian Ministry of Communications. Andrey Bystritskiy is a Professor and PhD (Pedagogics, 1989). He is a member of the Union of Writers. In June 2007, he received the Order of Honour. Andrey Bystritskiy is the author of books, including such works as Youth Subcultures and Russia's Intelligentsia During the Demise of the Soviet System (1991), and numerous publications in newspapers and magazines.

The main objective of the Eurasian Economic Commission (permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), including Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia) is to ensure functioning and development of the EAEU, to prepare proposals for its further integration.Prior to her cabinet appointment (from the period of October 2001 till February 2012) Tatiana Valovaya was the Head of the Department of the International Cooperation of the Government of the Russian Federation. From 1989 to 1994 – member of the Permanent Mission of the USSRand the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the European Union (Bruxelles), responsible for economic and monetary affaires. Later Valovaya hold different positions in the Ministries of the Russian Federation, in Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. Ph.D. in Economics, professor of the Financial University (Moscow). Author of numerous publications on international economic relations, regional economic and monetary integration, economics, and history of Europe and Eurasia.Fluent in English and French.

In 1998 graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in International Economic Relations. 1995-1999 – worked on tax issues in Russian and foreign assurance firms. 1999-2004 – Financial Director for organizations involved in specialized subterranean engineering and construction. 2004-2008 – Deputy Director of the President’s Expert Commission. 2008-2012 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. 2012-2014 – Deputy Presidential Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District. He was responsible for coordinating the efforts of federal authorities in developing Kaliningrad Region. Since August, 19, 2014 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. He heads the Russian Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Russian-Chinese Commission on Investment Cooperation. He heads the task force on the advancement of Russia’s economic Interests in the Asia-Pacific region under the Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration.

Franco Frattini is an Italian Magistrate, appointed State Prosecutor on 1981. On 1986 he is appointed by public competition Administrative magistrate. Today he is Justice and Chamber President to the Italian Supreme Administrative Court (Conseil d’Etat). He served twice as Former Italian Foreign Minister (2002-2004 and 2008-2011), and as Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security (2004-2008). Previously, he had served as Secretary‐General of the Prime Minister's Office (1994), President of the Parliamentary Committee for Intelligence and Security Services and State Secrets (1996), Minister for Civil Service and for the Coordination of Information and Security Services (2001-2002), and Member of the Prime Minister Commission for The Constitutional reforms (2013 ‐ 2014). From 2011 to 2013 Franco Frattini Is President of the De Gasperi Foundation. Today he is President of the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI), a non‐profit organization of Internationalist character, working under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Special Advisor to the Serbian Government for the EU integration process, and President of the High Court of Sport Justice (CONI). He is appointed “Knight Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic”, and “Commander of the Legion of honour” by the President of France. In 2011 Frattini receives the Golden neck-chain of the Olympic Order, the highest honour of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The award was a recognition of his personal commitment and of Italy’s efforts to have the IOC awarded Observer status at the United Nations. Franco Frattini is also decorated with the “order of Friendship”, a State decoration of the Russian Federation.
