Born in November 1966. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Aeronautical Engineering (1989) and Leningrad Economics and Finance Institute named after N.A. Voznesensky (1991).Doctor of Sciences in Economics. Professor of the Strategic Anti-Crisis Management Department of the Financial University under the Government of Russian Federation. Member of the Government Expert Council. From 1995 till 1997 – Deputy Chairman, then Chairman of the Board of the Joint Stock Company “Petroenergobank”; from 1997 till 1999 – Deputy General Director of Economics and Finance of the Joint Stock Company “Lenenergo”; from 1999 till 2001 - Head of the Energy Sales Department of the Russian Joint Stock Company “Unified Energy Systems of Russia”; from 2001 till 2002 – Deputy General Director, then General Director of Association “Goznak”; in 2006, after the transformation of Association “Goznak” into Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” - General Director of Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak”; since May 19, 2016, as a result of the reorganization of Goznak into a joint stock company, appointed as the General Director of Joint Stock Company “Goznak”.
