Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951. Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1974. Doctor of Economics, Professor. Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, Mr. Shokhin held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development. From 1994 to 2002 – Deputy of the State Duma, with the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets. Since 1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics. From 2002 to 2006 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital". From 2005 to 2009 – member of the RF Public Chamber. Since 2005 – President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mr. Shokhin is a member of several deliberative bodies under the Russian President and Government. He is also an independent director on the Boards of several companies, including ALROSA, Russian Railways, TMK and others.

Roger Munnings is a member of the Boards of Directors of Sistema and of LUKoil. On both Boards he has the status of Independent Director. He chairs the Board Human Resources Committee of LUKoil and the Board Audit, Finance and Risk Management Committee of Sistema. He has also been an Independent Director of SUEK. Mr Munnings has been actively involved in the Russian business world since the mid nineties He is currently Chairman of the Russo British Chamber of Commerce, having been Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of European Businesses in Russia, a member of the Board of the US Russia Business Council, Chairman of the Audit Committee Institute in Russia and a member of the UK Government’s working group on trade and investment between Russia and Great Britain. Roger’s principal career was, from 1974 to 2008, with the international “Big Four” accounting, consulting and auditing firm, KPMG, where he was Chairman and President of KPMG Russia and the CIS from 1996 to 2008 living with his family in Moscow throughout that time, Chairman of KPMG’s Global Energy and Natural Resources Practice from 1993 to 2008 and a member of KPMG’s International Council, the senior governance body of the international firm from 1998 to 2008. Roger is also a member of the Russian National Council on Corporate Governance, the Russian Institute of Directors and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and was part of RSPP’s Task Force in preparation for the G20/B20 meetings in St Petersburg in 2013. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the UK and a Graduate of Oxford University with the degree of Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, Roger was appointed CBE in the UK in HM The Queen’s New Year’s Honours List in 2007.

Daniel A. Russell is the President and CEO of the U.S.-Russia Business Council. Previously, he was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State responsible for relations with Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Belarus and for international security and arms control issues in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs until July 2013. A career member of the Foreign Service, Mr. Russell served as Chief of Staff to Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs William Burns from 2008 to 2009, as Deputy Chief of Mission in Moscow from 2005 to 2008 and as Deputy Chief of Mission in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 2000 to 2003. Since joining the Foreign Service in 1983, Mr. Russell has held positions in Washington and abroad, including Director of the Office of Russian Affairs, Director of the Office of European Political and Security Affairs, Consul General at the U.S. Consulate in Yekaterinburg, Special Assistant for Europe to the Under Secretary of Political Affairs, and First Secretary at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. Mr. Russell has worked in the State Department offices responsible for relations with the United Kingdom and Cuba and served at the U.S. Embassies in El Salvador and the Dominican Republic. Mr. Russell holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maine and an M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University.

Michael Harms began his professional career in 1993 as sales engineer at Philips Medical Systems in Hamburg and Moscow. After a stopover at the Liaison Office of German Business in Berlin in 2000 he was a member of the Management of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations and was responsible for the region of Southeast Europe. From 2001 - 2003 he additionally worked in Brussels as Executive Secretary of the Business Advisory Council for South Eastern Europe. Since 2007 he worked in Moscow as the Delegate of the German Industry and Chairman of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce. From 2012 to 2016 Michael Harms was World spokesman of the network of German foreign chambers of commerce (AHK). Since April 1, 2016 Michael Harms is the Executive Director of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations in Berlin.

David Gray joined PwC in London in 1987 and has been with PwC Russia since 1994. On 1 July 2011, David was appointed as Managing Partner of PwC Russia. Prior to this appointment, he led PwC's Energy, Utilities and Mining practice in Central and Eastern Europe. David has been working in Russia for more than 16 years and has helped build a market-leading practice. He has a wealth of experience in the Russian market and in-depth knowledge of our firm, team and clients. With more than 20 years of experience in providing audit and advisory services for clients, David has worked primarily with energy sector companies involved in electric power generation and transmission, and oil and gas production and transport. He has led numerous engagements for leading Russian companies to audit their financial statements prepared under both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Russian Accounting Standards (RAS). David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a degree in Geography from the University of Newcastle (UK) as well as a PhD in Economic Geography from the University of London.

Gruzdev Vladimir Sergeyevich – Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of lawyers of Russia (ALRF). Born February 6, 1967 in Bolshevo, Moscow region. Education: 1984: graduated from the Moscow Suvorov military school. 1991: graduated from the Krasnoznamenny Military institute. 2000: graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (Law Faculty). 2003: defended his PhD thesis. Foreign languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English. Career: 1991-1993 served in the Foreign Intelligence Service of the RF. 1993: founded the trading company “The Seventh Continent”, where he held management positions. 2001: was elected as a deputy of the Moscow city Duma. 2003: was elected as a deputy of the State Duma of the fourth convocation. 2007: was elected as a deputy of the State Duma of the fifth convocation. 2011-2016: governor of the Tula region. 2009-2016: member of the Presidium of the ALRF. Since 2016: Chairman of the Executive Board of the ALRF. Yaroslav Lissovolik joined the Eurasian Development Bank as its Chief Economist in 2015. In 2001-2004 he worked in the International Monetary Fund, where he was Advisor to the Executive Director for the Russian Federation in Washington. In 2004 Yaroslav Lissovolik joined Deutsche Bank as Chief Economist; in 2009 he became Head of Company Research in Russia and in 2011- a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank in Russia. Yaroslav Lissovolik earned a BA in Economics from Harvard University; an MA in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations; an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, holds a PhD in Economics and is a professor at the department of World Economy at the Diplomatic Academy. Yaroslav Lissovolik is a member of the Advisory Council of the Central Bank of Russia, a member of the Council on foreign and defense policy and a member of the Bretton Woods Committee. In 2012 Yaroslav Lissovolik became a member of the Expert Council of the Russian government as well as the Working group on macroeconomic policy of the Presidential Economic Council. He has published books on Russia's entry to the WTO and on Russia's integration into the world economy, as well as numerous articles and papers on economic and policy issues.

Alexis Rodzianko, President and CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, came to this role after three decades as a banker in New York and Moscow. He held senior positions in IFC Metropol, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan in Moscow from 1995 through 2013. Previously he was a senior banker at Chemical Bank in New York in the Emerging Markets business of the bank. He serves as an independent member of the Board of SKB Bank in Russia and is a member of the Board of Centurion Capital (a Russian microfinance company). Before receiving his MBA from Columbia University in 1980, he served as interpreter at the SALT II negotiations in Geneva. He is a 1973 graduate of Dartmouth College. A fluent Russian speaker, he owns the Moscow Polo Club and represents Russia at the International Polo Federation (FIP). He is married and lives in Moscow with his wife Inna.
