Khrekov worked as head of business development in the CIS at the Taiwanese company Dayton and a specialist in foreign cooperation at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. From 1998 to 2009, he worked in the media. He was a television reporter and commentator at the NTV information service as well as the editorial programmes Itogi and Namedni. He later worked as an editor-in-chief, head and author of the programmes as well as deputy director of the Prime NTV Directorate. He is the author of hundreds of reports and several documentaries, including King Louis (NTV), Tips for Love (NTV) and Port Arthur: We Returned (Russia-1). Since 2009, he has worked as director of business development in Russia at Coast Pacific Limited (Hong Kong). Since 2011, he has worked at Finjecto. Education – Orientalist, master’s degree, graduated from the Institute of Asian and African Countries of Moscow State University. In 2010, he obtained an MBA in strategic management. Anton Khrekov is a business coach in the areas Media-Oriented Companies (Media Navigation), Presentation Skills, Public Speaking Skills and Smart Company PR as well as the author of the Doing Business with China seminar. He has experience as a business coach at dozens of companies, including Exxon Neftegas Limited, Tatmedia, IBS, Samruk-Kazyna and many more. He works on bringing multi-media formats to business forums and also as a moderator. He is the author of the book Spy War King. Since joining BCG in 1989, Larry has worked in the manufacturing, health care, government, retailing, food processing and mining industries on either strategy development or organisational redesign projects. His work in the public sector includes Development of the business case for Service Delivery Reform at the Department of Human Services; Developing a new operating model for APRA after the HIH Royal Commission; Supporting the implementation of the Gershon recommendations on whole of Government ICT; Developing a new operating model for managing major crime for Victoria Police; Developing a health information strategy on behalf of all state and federal health ministers; Leading the development of a whole-of-government ICT Strategy and governance model for the Victorian government; Developing a business case for the Australian and New Zealand School of Government; Developing a new operating model for the TAFE sector in Queensland. From 1984 to 1989, Larry worked for the federal and Victorian treasury departments. While at the federal treasury he was a member of the team that drafted the 1985 white paper on tax reform. Larry has a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the London School of Economics and a Master of Arts (Economics) from the University of Melbourne.

Terry Moran was, as Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Australia's most senior public servant, from 2008 to 2011. Terry has nearly 40 years of experience as a public servant working in public policy and public sector management and has been a CEO of five public sector organisations during the last 24 years of his career. As Secretary, he was responsible for overseeing work on national security and international policy; environment, industry and economic policy; social policy and reforms negotiated by the Council of Australian Governments; and coordination of government administration, including Cabinet support. Terry also led development, negotiation and implementation planning for the National Reform Agenda for the Council of Australian Governments. He chaired the Advisory Group on the Reform of Australian Government Administration, which developed a blueprint for reform of the Australian Public Service. In 1993 he was appointed as the first Chief Executive Officer of the Australian National Training Authority in Brisbane. In 1998 he became Queensland's Director-General of Education. Terry was appointed Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet for the State of Victoria in July 2000 and held this position until his appointment as Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. On 26 January 2012, Moran was named a Companion of the Order of Australia (AC) for "eminent service to the community through public sector leadership, as a significant contributor to policy development, program delivery and effective governance, and to the implementation of contemporary government administration". This is the highest level of recognition for an Australian citizen.

Mr. Yablonsky was born in Moscow in 1970. He graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a major in Systems Engineering. He is a candidate of economic sciences. In 1993, he established the Information and Analytical Centre (IAC) in the Education Department of the City of Moscow – the leading Russian platform for the implementation of the national project ‘Information and Educational Space of the Regions’. In 1997, he was awarded the Prize of the President of the Russian Federation for the development and practical implementation of this platform. He won the competition ‘Manager of the Year 2002’ in the categories ‘Science and Education’ and ‘Education Leader’, as well as ‘Manager of the Year 2006’ in the category ‘Information Technologies’. Since 2011, he has been head of Social Projects at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
