The modern industrial policy of a metropolis consists of a broad concept that goes beyond the strategy of improving the competitiveness of individual companies and sectors.
The government views creation and support of specialized industrial infrastructure in a metropolis as the main catalyst of a city, which enables enterprises and people to acquire new opportunities to accelerate growth and socioeconomic development. In addition to expanding the capabilities of the innovative technological ecosystem through a number of targeted strategic initiatives and a standard set of benefits, special economic zones and technology parks need to take into account the importance of such factors as the availability of the required engineering infrastructure, a potential sales market, raw materials, labour resources and logistics. How do you create the largest research base in a city and transform the results of innovative research into advanced market products and solutions? How do you ensure success in commercializing the innovations of partner companies and developing their markets locally and internationally? What measures should be taken to attract high-level specialists and provide a comfortable environment to work and live in?

Mr. Ishchenko was born in Torez, Donetsk Oblast of Ukraine on May 21, 1969
He graduated from the Institute of Asian and African Countries at Moscow State
University in 1994
He got a degree in crisis management at Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics,
and Informatics in 1999
He has been CEO of JSC Technopolis Moscow since 2011 Concurrently he has been
holding position of acting CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow.
Previously he had held management positions in various electric power companies for 10
years.
Igor Ishchenko has managed to turn a divided territory into the flagship project of the
Moscow City Government during his 7 years in Technopolis “Moscow”. Currently Technopolis
“Moscow” is the only technopark, which has recouped its infrastructure investment cost.
Igor Ishchenko and his team have been actively involved in the project development of the
Russian Industrial Zone in Egypt. Nowadays they continue to develop industrial areas in various
Russian regions.

Zeynep Nil Sonmez

Z. Nil Sonmez was born in 1980 in Istanbul. After graduating from the Italian High School of Istanbul, she completed studies in Architecture at Polytechnic University of Milan and Istanbul Technical University as the top scoring student in the faculty and the second best in the university. She began her career at Istanbul Technical University Project Management Centre. Consecutively, starting from 2005, she continued her career journey at Gebze Organized Industrial Zone as a Reconstruction Expert. She became Construction Department Manager in 2011 and was then promoted to Regional Director in 2013. Mrs. Sonmez speaks English and Italian. She is married with two children.

Valentin Romanov

Executive Director, SUN Group

Mr. Romanov joined SUN Group in 1995, and has been actively involved in SUN's investment activities, particularly in new business development and acquisitions. Mr. Romanov was a Senior Vice President, and subsequently Director of SUN Capital Partners, SUN's private equity fund for Russia and the FSU. As the Executive Director of the Group, he was overseeing SUN’s investments in the Energy sector. Currently his primary focus at SUN is new business development, with an emphasis on industrial cooperation and investments between Russian and Indian manufacturing companies. Prior to SUN, Mr. Romanov was in the diplomatic service. He worked nearly 13 years in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where his first diplomatic posting was in India. Mr. Romanov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and completed a Master's program in International Relations and World Economy at the UN University for Peace. He also attended the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of Business, Philadelphia.

1, Actively promotes China's AI education system around the globe. Invited by the Thai government, Malay government, Chinese Overseas Innovation Center of the Academy of Sciences for discussing the agreements and business contracts with multinational universities and colleges. In the meantime, he's achievements has promoted by the local mainstream media and domestic CCTV.
2, Exploring and landing AI service robots overseas in Retail 4.0, business service scenes and other development companies. A large number of AI robots from UBTECH, and also certified by multinational's Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. For instance, UBTECH's service robot has met Prime Minister Malay Mahathir, His Royal Highness Princess Spirit of Thailand, and the Minister of Industry.
3, Cooperated with multinational governments and well-known institutions, carry out cross-country and regional innovation competition
that are conducive to the common development of AI robots. as well as endorsed by IEEE, national education departments, top local Participation. Brings out AI and new robotics technology to the front of people, to participate, to co-create. It is the display of the new China image with 'One Belt, One Road'. Eventually, UBTECH will become a business card for Shenzhen and China.
